In case you meant that you don't know the username/email for the account, what you should do is submit an account help ticket here and ask Jagex for help. Just tell them the situation and whatever account information that you remember and hopefully they can recover it for you. They may ask for more information but they're generally quite helpful for account recovery.

Artemis, perhaps someone has tested it more recently, but the most recent source I can find is a Reddit thread indicating that it was temporarily suspended a few months ago. :(

Try deleting all the files and reinstalling the client, maybe? Also try 'Run as Admin;' I've had this problem once and resolved it this way before. If those don't work I'm not sure what to suggest; you don't happen to have BT internet do you?

Rs Wikia suggests 70+ in Magic/Attack and Strength/Ranged as well as 43+ prayer...I mean in terms of bare minimum, you could probably get a kill or two lower, but I wouldn't expect it to be a good gp farming method at lower levels.

You can't transfer but some players will exchange RS3 gp for OSRS gp at some rate (I'm not sure what that is exactly). You would be best off making your own thread in Marketplace if that is what you want to do :).

I think the best non-degradable would either be Armadyl or Karil's pistol c'bow. The latter is quite popular but be aware that it only carries bolt racks, and has an offhand counterpart. Armadyl does not have an offhand. Another option is salamanders, of which black salamanders is the strongest. They need to be paired with tar of course. If you're willing to spend a little on a degradable weapon, the Royal Crossbow is T80 to equip and relatively cheap to repair. Assuming you don't let it degrade fully, you can cannibalize the pieces that make it.to add charges, and it costs about 70K gp in repairs per hour of combat with this method. Actually forging it does entail some effort but judging from your other combat stats you would be able to do it. Royal Crossbow can then be pretty effective for Slayer. Above that are ascensions and noxious as I mentioned before, and I believe that's pretty much it.

In most cases you retained the quest points, but you were not awarded further quest points for completing its replacement. For that particular quest you were able to earn one extra quest point for completing Stolen Hearts.

Yeah it's mainly a cosmetics shop with a few useful things mixed in, thankfully not too much game-breaking in there (yet?).

It's the principle of a red flag. If they see someone with ALL skills at 1 except magic using magic to do an activity typically used for gold farming, they can concentrate their efforts there. Then they can check into that account more carefully, check IP addresses, and do whatever else they usually do to find out if it is a bot. To put that much effort into routinely checking every single account would be an impossible task.
