page 10 is sooooo cooooool still gone.. But hopefully not down. Got some levels a few weeks ago, but i'm lazy, and they will remain on my computer until i decide to crop and upload them--maybe i'll do it later cause i know how much ya'll love watching my progress lol.

Doubt many people have seen it, as it's a pretty artsy film playing mainly at independent theatres, but everyone should see it. It's about the life and times of Bob Dylan, except not really. It's not like the other 3 or so movies about him. Don't go into it expecting a documentary on his life, because it's hardly that. 6 different people, of different genders, races and ages all play Dylan, and represent various parts of his life. None of them are named Bob Dylan (or Robert Zimmerman). But all in all, it's one of the better movies i've seen in a really long time. It's a really surreal and deep movie, and I took a lot out of it. So if you've seen it, and want to discuss...here. place.

the Beatles are by far the best band ever, undeniably. In terms of musicianship, lyrics, everything. If they could be brought back (R.I.P. John, 27th year anniversary...and George too) that would be terrific lol. But the beatles weren't the only great thing that came out of the 60s...well, if you can go into the 70s it'd be much easier to get some good bands, but really there were a ton of good bands from the 60s besides the Beatles. Anyway, the Beatles surpassed any band of the time, and of the times today because of their skill and deepness of the lyrics. Not saying that others didn't have that...Bob Dylan *cough*...But really. George Harrison is one of my favorite guitarists ever, Paul McCartney revolutionized bass playing, and provided amazing piano and guitar, John was another great piano and guitar player, and had some of the best lyrics in songs ever. The thing about modern music is all it is a wall of sound with a rubber stamp voice. it doesn't do anything, it literally all sounds the same. Every song. Listen to "for the benefit of Mr. Kite, Glass Onion, Hey Bulldog...those songs just are so revolutionary, they take music to a whole new level that modern music doesn't do--rather it just kinda has stalled out. Only a few bands do take music to a new level. the best one being Radiohead.

simply put, yes. People are never satisfied, and they have gotten into the trend of updates every week. They've been spoiled by it, and thus when someone comes out that doesn't fit their every standard, it's unacceptable and jagex has comitted the ultimate sin: making an update i dislike some people dislike for a week and overreact about. But these people play because they're hooked, and they like the game. They want change for the better, but anything that's not completely that way..well..yeah.

to a certain degree yes, but he stepped out of line. What would have been wiser is if you didn't even bring up you checking his stats, and just claimed that lag was holding you back. If you say something like that, people will get defensive over it understandably. But him calling you a pathetic noob and the rest of the following (literally lol) was not called for.

don't really appreciate comments like this. Please don't say something like that unless you know the full scope of things, which no one does. Ask anyone of my friends, my activity in the past 2 months has been little to none. I played once this weekend to finish the halloween event and that's been pretty much it. I'm not saying "i'm quitting" to gain attention, i'm saying "i'm quitting" because, well, i dunno...i'm quitting. Deio, thanks...was great talking with you. i've been lurking around for a while, and some of these posts forced me to come out of hiding and say something. Will everyone just quit the "OMGEEZIES JAGEX MADE AN UPDATE THAT HELPS LOWER LVLS, NO ONE LUVS MEH" I've seen it for the past few months, and i'm really getting tired of it. People are getting so spoiled with the updates, expecting everyone to be epic and good, directly relating to their everyday rs lives. Let me run down the list of recent big game updates (excluding halloween) Lootshare: Monster killing, clan update, yeah, that's so for low levels. Let me know when you see a bunch of lvl 42s owning the KBD Back to my roots: yeah, check out those requirements please... ZMI Alter: Fast rcing for high level crafters. Path of Glouphrie: Dont see too many noobs with those lvls God wars dungeon: Of course. Jagex really slipped up on this one, it's way to easy for lvl 9s to come in and own all the bosses, get the godsword and other stuff. Wow. pest control: No more lvl 40s ruining for the high levels that people complain about..again, this isn't helpful at all to higher lvls POH room increase: High Construction can now pay off with a good dungeon, which you need lvl 70 to make, which is a PRETTY HIGH LEVEL. Barbarian Training: Mith drags, stupid jagex, another easy monster for lvl 50s to kill. Dark Bow: As we know, lvl 90 slayer is probably about as common as at least lvl 40 cooking. DFS: Visages, high cash requirement, stat requirement...uh? As you can see, I didn't really find an update that caters to low levels going back into June...i'd go back further but that'd waste my time. Why now? Jagex has given us months on end of big power updates, then they give an update that helps out the lower levels (WHICH MAKE UP THE RS POPULATION TOO) and suddenly all those months are erased from the book of respect. Why can't jagex help lower levels without people attacking them? Why can't jagex make an update that helps people other than yourself without people jumping on them? I'm sorry for my rant, and i'm not directing it at anyone in particular, but this is just ridiculous. I never knew people could get so angry at an update that gives you an opportunity to help people out. On another note, it looks good i think. Won't be around to test it out, but I like it...although it seems to somewhat defeat the purpose of raising skills high at first glance, it doesn't really do that once you look at it harder. Skill interface..great except agility...i'm with everyone else on that one lol

Ok, so i've decided to quit officially now. I don't know for how long really or anything. Before it was kinda iffy, but now i've decided i'm quitting for a little bit. I'll back i hope and am almost sure of it, but for now, i'm taking an elongated break. Again, i'll still try to be around TIF though.

wait, wasn't that proof that summoning was coming? If so (and it is, i think), then we have proof, and posts have been made about that ever since 04. this year i really think will bring summoning. WE had the Salve (e) thing beginning of the year that had something to do with summoning, tower of life, etc... lot of hints.

No. Graphically, yes. Actual game play? no. It's still the same set up, placement, game style, quests, etc.

that's literally been around as long as i can remember...which is a couple years. Yeah, they want to develop new games, i don't think it's weird for a company to do that though..
