Seriously, if you don't like changes you can always play runescape classic

Anyway, I think the best way to use this time it's, like other player said, to plant many farming trees for the first minutes, then doing circus like me_hate_libs said, and finally, do all your summoning runs on that time, because if you think about it, summoning can only be trained at a specific time you decide, since it's not buyable and the drops are random, and what better time than with a bonus of 2.7x? Also herblore and constructions seems like good options too, herblore because it's about drops like summoning, but you can buy the herbs at any time, if you choose construction you just save a bunch of gp if you going for the xp.

Though, I got ALL of my duel tournament ranks when I was 90 combat fighting maxed-out people *points to rank* I also made a pretty nice profit from winning a couple of 1M-stake tournaments :D Stats really don't matter in duel tournaments... knowing how to use your skills to the max advantage is what it's all about.
