I would do isometric exercises to build some muscle , then start one day with a weight that you can handle, then a weight that is slightly more challenging. Also do opposite muscles after each other.

My strategy would be splitting my army into 3. one with 25 percent, one with 25 percent and one with 50 percent of the men. I would pierce one side with the 25 percent and the other side with the other 25 percent, then the one side thats doing better, i'll send the 50 percent team. This would be in 3 waves.
In band class, I learned a note at a time. Then I play songs with the few notes. Then learn more notes, and play harder notes. and then it continues like that. Playing songs until they get harder.
