11-Jan-2010 - Nomads Requiem
Well this quest is going to keep my Quest Cape in the depths of my bank for a long time, bravo JagEx =D> The closest I managed to get was on my first try in which I used whip + torags plate and legs with a combination of sharks, brews and restores in my inventory and I managed to take him down to 1/4 hp before I ran out of food and met a rather sticky end. I have tried ranging him with ruby bolts (e) and got him down to 50% health before I died. I survived much longer than if I were to melee him because I had D'hide equipped however my terrible range level meant I didn't deal much damage so I personally wouldn't recommend ranging him unless you're probably at least level 85 in range, maybe even 90. However ranged is probably the best option because it removes his melee attack from the equation therefore you last longer. I think, after spending 3m on gear for this quest I am going to have to admit defeat for now and say well played JagEx, you've made the Quest Cape one of the most respectable capes in the game =D> (Until someone works out a strategy so that anyone can do it anyway :P

Level 3 treasure trails
This^ Seriously treasure trails aren't worth the trouble (In my opinion). Sure there's a chance you could get a piece of God armour or 3rd Age but most of the time you get rune or black d'hide stuff. I only do clues while I think of something else to do in RS or wait for something to buy/sell on the GE so I can do something else. Your best bet would probably be to earn the money yourself as it would probably be quicker in the long run. Hope this helps

Nasa Image of Mainland UK
Indeed with the exception of Scotland, Britain just is not equipped for snow because it's rare we ever have this much. Perhaps the government will think it worthwhile to invest in now :) And yes, Britain will become similar to Scandinavia climate-wise as a result of climate change it will shut down the Gulf Stream which is where we get all our heat from.

Nasa Image of Mainland UK
Got a low as -21C (-6F) in Britain last night which is a bit chilly for us. Apparently the weather the UK should have in winter is currently hanging over Greenland (they have seen temperatures as high as +12C) and Arctic Canada because of an immovable pressure system we have acquired from Scandinavia.

IS this a decent way to level herblore??
I was looking at this the other day and found that Super Attack Potions were one of the cheapest options when buying everything however it is still very expensive with a 2.5m loss from 68-70 herblore alone and I don't know how well they sell on the GE. As was said above, your best bet is to use MTK and perhaps do some herb farming. It will be slow but it will save you millions in the long run. Hope this helps :^_^:

Slayer helm+salve
Yep your best bet for Spectres is slayer helm + fury. Would be pretty awesome if the salve stacked though

2011/12 Football Season
Great start to the year and the decade for Manchester United, losing 1-0 to Leeds in the FA Cup.

Sinister Key
From what I have heard it's not a particularly common drop, however running sinister keys is said to be one of, if not the best way of making money in RS at the moment due to herb prices. Hope this helps :^_^:

What is this decade called?
It was the "noughties" and apparently the next 10 years are going to be referred to as the "tweenies" or "teenies"

Most impressive untrimmed cape
I'd say Slayer, HP and Summoning. Aesthetically I think that HP is the nicest looking untrimmed cape which I've only seen on a JMod.

UK Christmas #1 - Not X-Factor!
Same here, thanks for clearing that up Jaziek! Good to know he got no money from that

UK Christmas #1 - Not X-Factor!
RATM sold over 50,000 more copies than Joe, yesterday there was less than 4,000 between the two  Really happy that finally Cowell's stranglehold on the chart has ended for now, just a shame he made so much money from this. Guess you can't have everything! Bravo Rage, bravo =D>

UK Christmas #1 - Not X-Factor!
Sounds to me he listened to his own song rather than RATM  I'd rather listen to RATM over Christmas dinner than some Miley Cyrus cover. There seem to be conflicting evidence of who is leading so we can assume it is very close at the moment. Only 6 hours left until the sales no longer count towards to Radio 1 charts, 24 hours until downloads no longer count towards the iTunes charts.

15-Dec-2009 Blood Runs Deep
I used it in conjunction with a cannon at the Lighthouse for my Slayer task today and it increased the speed of the task, however I can't see it dramatically changing the way Dagannoths are killed because of its speed. Would probably be useful for DKs though. For Slaying purposes though I'll stick with a cannon and use the axe with it.

Particles
I've never been to excited over graphical updates but I am really looking forward to seeing this! Perhaps in the future we can expect weather  Can't wait! <3:

UK Christmas #1 - Not X-Factor!
RATM still ahead by 40k units according to the radio this morning, they might do it though I'm not holding my breath and now Cheryl Cole is getting all upset that people are ruining Joe's dream. It isn't like Simon and Cheryl couldn't go to HMV and buy out all the singles if they wanted to.

Fury
They're most likely going to go up in price for the next few days because of the new Tzhaar update which has altered the way in which Tokkul is obtained. I couldn't yell you what the final price for a Fury will be, but you're going to struggle to buy one at the moment since opportunists will have created far greater demand than there is supply.

15-Dec-2009 Blood Runs Deep
I bet they've put Nechs in the dungeon. With Dags in her assignment list she really is the best Slayer master by far in my opinion. Quest looks great, shame I never got around to completing the Fremenik Diary :wall:

UK Christmas #1 - Not X-Factor!
RATM are currently ahead in the charts by approximately 5000 units with Joe's single to be release as a CD Single tomorrow. http://new.uk.music.yahoo.com/blogs/snapcrackleandpop/33227/rage-winning-chart-battle/

Song of the Decade
So on Saturday in the UK Absolute Radio, Spotify and Shortlist Magazine joined forces to make a chart of the top 100 songs of the decade and the top 5 were: 1. Mr Brightside - The Killers 2. Dakota - Stereophonics 3. Sex on Fire - Kings of Leon 4. Chasing Cars - Snow Patrol 5. One Day Like This - Elbow The full list is here: http://songofthedecade.com/chart.php So what do you think? Best song won? What would be your song of the decade? Personally I agree, Mr Brightside is an awesome song and pretty much everyone has heard of it. I am worried about the amount of songs by McFly in the chart though

UK Christmas #1 - Not X-Factor!
Well Joe won so it's time to buy! He's currently 3rd in the iTunes chart with Lady Gaga 2nd and RATM 1st. I really hope he doesn't get the number one, would be even better if he was beaten by Gaga too

Live Concerts
Saw Paramore live at the NIA with YM@6, Paper Route and Now, Now Every Children last night and they did not disappoint. They were brilliant, I was a little concerned that they wouldn't live up to my expectations of them but they did and then some! YM@6 were also really good and really got the crowd going, Paper Route surprised me as I had listened to them on Spotify and not thought much of them but they were really good. Now, Now Every Children weren't great, their instruments were turned up so loud it was just a mess and you couldn't hear the vocals at all. Hope you enjoy it Plugpoint and SeanCalibur :^_^:
