Right, for months I have been mulling over getting my mage level up a bit, but just as I think I'll do it I end up doing something else. So this Summer I plan to get it from 76 - 90 as was wondering what the best way to go about it is? I have access to all spells and would probably be willing to spend up to 15m (possibly stretch to 20m depending on what my bank is like by then) on it, although I wont turn down a cheap alternative. Yea they respawn. I have heard, although not tested myself, that it is possible to kill Jad without killing the healers if you have a good ranged level and since you have 99 it shouldn't be too much of an issue for you.

I'm pretty certain you can only play region one DVDs on the region one setting and region two on region two only, which is annoying but you can pick up a multi region DVD player fairly cheaply these days. Have a look on ebuyer.com or something, they nearly always have sales on. As for games and music I think you're ok for CDs, not 100% certain on games though. Hope this helps!

Well now the UK has no Prime Minster at all! Gordon Brown has finally realised he's not the man for the job and resigned as the leader of the Labour Party http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/election_2010/8673526.stm. Personally I hope Ed Milliband replaces him as he seems like one of the best guys Labour has. On another note, it seems to be becoming increasingly likely that the Liberal Democrats are going to form a coalition with the Conservatives and the BBC seem to think we'll know if the Conservatives with be governing the country in the next few hours.

Nice to get some insight into their future plans for the skill, seems they have done the same as what they did with Summoning as in release the skill in two parts which I think is good. Really looking forward to the future updates for the skill :thumbup:

They're now saying on the BBC coverage that there will be another election next year because of this hung parliament. It also sounds like the Conservatives don't want to form a coalition with the Lib Dems and if that's the case looks like Britain will have another year at least of Labour.

The Democratic Unionists are only present in Northern Ireland which is why the have so few votes but so many seats, similarly with Plaid Cymru and the SNP who are only in Wales and Scotland respectively and have low vote numbers but have 9 seats between them. Clegg comes across as one of the most decent guys in politics and I hope he becomes PM one day although that will only happen if we change the voting system.

The only real surprise in this is just how badly the Lib Dems seem to have done compared to the expectations placed on them. People were expecting them to get 80-90 seats and it looks like they wont even hit 60. This election does go to prove that our electoral system is rubbish seeing as the Lib Dems have only got 2m votes less than Labour in second yet Labour have 5 times as many seats as the Lib Dems as it stands :unsure:

I've been wanting to do a blog for a while and so today when I got my 3rd 99, 2000 Total level and 100m Overall XP within about 5 minutes of each other I decided now was as good a time as any to start! Really I should have got 99 Defence several weeks ago, but Dungeoneering stopped me in my tracks but on the plus side it brought me up to 1999 Overall so it worked out quite well :P ^ With the Dungeoneering stuff, the "level up screen" was insanely long :blink: Thanks Omnitec for letting me kill him for 99 defence :^_^: And thanks anyone who took the time to read this :P -Blood

I usually watch it for the entertainment rather than singing talent, but we've got relatives over that weekend so I guess I'll have to miss it. I don't normally listen to any of the songs before the contest but I decided to listen to the UK's and it's appalling, sounds like it has come straight out of a Disney film :wall:

I adapted to it really quickly because I spend all my time Slaying, it still catches me out sometimes though if I get hit 26 or something when I haven't played in a few days but that's it.

I have my private chat set to "Friends" for 90% of the time and it's not for any of your three reasons listed, it's because I see private chat as a means of chatting with people I know. The only time I really have it set to "On" is during TET Events and "Off" if I'm boss hunting. If someone wants my help they are more likely to ask me in passing in public chat rather than in private unless they plucked my name randomly off the highscores list. I don't really see why you think people who have their setting to "Friends" are arrogant just because they want a bit of privacy.

I hope that if he is a good guy there are no hard feelings between him and my character, I don't want to have to fight him again and he'd be a useful ally :P I think it's more likely that he's trying to defeat Lucien for his own personal reasons rather than to save the world if he is a "good guy", although it's kind of hard to tell as he thought we were working for Lucien.

I'd guess it would be held in somewhere like The O2 Arena or Hyde Park, but as other people have said I'm not willing to purchase a ticket until the tell us where it is :unsure:

I'm not too fussed that you only get a flag if you're going, a lot of gaming companies seem to do it these days. I'd think that if this one is a success then they will branch out into other areas of the world so no need to panic those who can't make it :P I still haven't decided if I want to o yet, I wish they'd tell us where in London it actually is since it is quite a big place :unsure:

As far as I can tell it is completely random how many you get assigned, although different Slayer Masters have different maximums as to how many of a certain creature they can assign. For example Vannaka can assign between 60 and 120 Aberrant Spectres and Kuradal can assign between 150 and 250 Aberrant Spectres. Hope this helps :^_^:

Well for 30 minutes Runecrafing was the fastest skill to level in the game :grin: I doubt people will get banned as the xp was so high you could have gained several levels before even noticing so it would be hard for them to tell who did it deliberately and who didn't.
