  1. Regarding you have maxed melees, I think using a Unicorn will leave you able to kill them efficiently without prayer. Throw in super set/extreme set, and you're go!
  2. Tanning d hides, collecting mort myre fungus collection white berries collecting night shade are all activities that are nice income and require no skills (but quests sometimes). If you want to kill something, pick chaos druids for herbs, or green dragons if you can stand the competition. as for bosses: none at your levels, sorry. If bronze dragons are too easy for you, try irons. They are BAD for income, but might be a challenge. Also, farming herbs are a consistent moneymaker, especially ranarr and up, which only require low faming lvl. As for slayer; at low levels, you should be able to break even at least. As money maker, it's medeocre at best. I still train it, as I consider it xp + gp, and I just find it enjoyable to train several skills at the same time (melee, slayer, summoning) and fun should be your #1 priority.
  3. Duel ring +Ardougne cloak 3 Teleport to the mostery and mine the iron there. Bank the iron at CW. BoB or forager (fruit bat) optional. I get all my shattered heart mining rocks there, it's fast.
  4. Just a heads-up: the slayer master states that they are weak to ranged. That's how I did my only task until now and it worked as a charm even with my modest ranged level.
  5. Make sure you'll visit the Netherlands: drinking allowed at 16+. BUT #1 Don't visit Amsterdam, as it completely sucks balls. #2 if you drink (local) beer, only drink a Heineken if there's nothing else. Get Hertog Jan, as it rules any other dutch beers. As for Heineken drinkers that are not from the Netherland: What is wrong with you? Export Heiniken tastes like ...grosss. In the Netherlands it's acceptable, but there are much better choices. Personal preferences: Hertog Jan, Grosch and the belgian Master beer: Palm. I don't drink much sirits, and I totally loathe Tequilla. It tastes like white spirit. Jagermeister is ok, Apfelkorn (sort of cider) Pisang Ambon, you know, the sweet stuff. and it's ok for guys to drink them, BTW. Last comment: drinking to get drunk as fast as possible is dumb. Then again: I'm old.
  6. If you only need magic defence, and not range ffence, swap the snakeskin boots for dragon boots
  7. Make sure you have a grown cat (if you on't have one allready. Kitten suck at killing rats for spices. A good trick is to grow one while skilling (or so), and store it in your POH, so you always have one at the ready.
  8. Higher thieving helps. I tried it at base level, and needed 3 inventories full of lock picks. It was one of the mot annoying parts of the quest.. Be prepared to fail at the piramid a lot as well. I got lucky and got through in 1 go, but i heard of people banging their head in frustration similar to the hand holds in MEP2.
  9. Oh yea, I was just trying to compare them, and wondered what opinion other people had. So far, I'm going with nasturtiums. I always pay for watermelons. I grow fruit trees (also curry) so I have plenty of those, and since I find watermelon seeds too expensive to buy (low xp/gp) I only plant the ones my fruit bat forages. I mostly farm herbs only, alotment is not worth it (little xp/gp) so I always grow marigolds in my flower patch. Seeds are <100gp, they sell for 3k ea last time i did.
  10. I think you have to do the last pyre again. I relied on brews for food, but it ttok me A LOT of tries to get that bit done. The beast did a lot of damage FAST.
  11. I think so. Since you check-health in double XP time, the xp should be multiplied like in any other activities.
  12. 1 day and no replies? I think I give this question a *BUMP*
  13. With double XP weekend coming up, several goods are going through the roof. On the GE charts, I see different tiaras rising too. My question: can they be used as a summoning ingredient for titans, or do you need the actual talisman per se? About the shattered heart activity: I'm having trouble getting he agility rocks. Any tips? I tried Brimhaven, Werewolf and agility piramid, all to no aveal. Not ONE rock. Did I evr mention the fact that I hate agility training? Thanks in advance
  14. I suggest doing smithing as it is slow and expensive. Smith the best item you can during the you have the bonus. Do somthing fast (platebodies) as smelting takes too long. Might try using SC hammers to multiply XP even more. Smelt your own ores into bars NOW, (or buy the bars) to be ready for the weekend.
  15. You mean revenants. They can be easily avoided by praying range (so they don't freeze you) and running away. They are a pain to kill when you are not geared up to do so, because they have multple attack styles. They are Jagex' replacement for PKers in the "new" wilderness, and should "resemble" the old PKers to add some danger to the wilderness.
  16. Ardy cape is free. And you can farm the bush patch. poison ivy FTW!
  17. I take it you allready have slayer helm, dragon boots and "barrows" gloves? If not, get them ASAP. Taking a few prayer levels for the ancient curses might be helpful. Level herblore to get better potions at your disposal. invest in prayer potions so you can 10%/piety pray through your tasks. Cannon eats cash, but speed is gonna cost you, always!
  18. Why do you want to know? There's a much faster method, since Ardougne cloack can teleport you straight to one. I use it when I slay Bork. After I defeat the little bugger, take loot and tele to monastery to top u prayer. Then go my merry way.
  19. Don't use an enchanted water tiara for slayer! EVER! Regular slayer gear will cut it. Bunyip to heal, though I took 20 tunas (didn't care to make /buy more pouches). EE works wonders. Either take a few waterskins, or 1 + a knife.
  20. Go with: slayer helm BCP verac's skirt d boots best RFD gloves whip + defender SW cape - fire cape - quest cape depending on what you have. DFS is not worth it other then on dragon tasks. Since you already have the BCP, use it. If you decide you don't like it after all, sell it and use barrows like torags.
  21. Zammy mages are lowest level IRRC. For them, I pray in full proselyte with a zamy book. Since you're using a SS, you might take on sara mages in: Neitisnot helm fury proselyte top proselyte bottom SS barows gloves dragon boots Inventory: pure set like 10 or so prayer pots (4) should be more then enough for 100 mages. Restore to restore stats when entering GWD.
  22. messed up. i like the suggestion on page 5 where youi upgrade a obby cape.
  23. I don't have 93 slayer. I don't have a fire cape. When I get 93 slayer and the fire cape requirement does not change, I either suck it up and try until I got that wretched cape, or cancel Ice wyrm tasks. Simple as that. However: I found the fightn caves not EASY. There's skill and a small portion of luck involved, as well as a steady internet connection. I might suggest that if the fire cape requirement stays, for Jungle strykewyrms you should be in FULL lumberjack. This is also " easily" obtainable from a minigame, which only requires time, just like the caves. Anyway, I have close to a full slayer level of time to either get the cape, or see what Jagex comes up with. Either suck it up and deal with it. There is no such thing as "fair" in life, let alone in a game.
  24. Save cannon balls by finishing off the low HP ones before the cannon hits it again. Might seem a little, but it all counts!
