  1. lol, that' the junkiest bank I've seen so far. 10/10 for accumulating junk 3/10 for actual stats and bank. It's ... average. I know it's still a lot of work to get such stats and bank, but nowadays, with so much people playing it's nothing special at all anymore.
  2. I'd have expected you richer too, but still very nice. You got everything you need :-).
  3. allright, party was epic fail, nobody showed up, and I didn't want to wait so I just got it on my own. Yay Meh, reaching RS goals has always been an anticlimax. Anyway, just did a best of bank, result was higher than I thought :o. (have 20m offer in GE, whip, verac set, ahrim set,4 crystal bows, ... not included. I'd say my total net worth is about 350m)
  4. Party starting in 10 minutes! Still cant decide between fight pits, free for all clan wars or house to lvl up. Join my cc.
  5. PARTY THIS SATURDAY 8PM GMT! be there! Getting 99 mage ranged and hp
  6. Just went there, they are not harder to kill as before. At least not if you fight them face to face like I do. (I can still stay there for 2 hours with unicorn). so again, in a big font: They are right the same to kill as before, as long as you dont use safespot and prayer switch like you should! Drops are rarer now though.
  7. big misconception here. It's still as epxensive as if you would buy the seeds from the GE. You loose out on a lot of money by 1) not selling the seeds, but using them yourself 2) not putting your workers on fish and flax, which is PROVEN to be the best money however, by not directly buying them from the GE, it SEEMS you are loosing less. All this is common sense, I thought. The rest of your reply is very true and helpfull though. Anyhow, the OP will have to spend some money if he wants fast xp.
  8. Its not cheaper lol. Maybe use it for crafting levels? There would only be one reason i would ever want to train magic as a member over training it as f2p would be humidify. Other than that, its technically not cheaper, but you aren't tempted to use the higher leveled runes that cost so much more. Crafting would be good, but you aren't going to get the skill cape and i see little use in f2p for it. That's if you alch. There are much better ways to train magic than alching and humidify. Much better.
  9. :P i know. But is it worth it tho? When the stats reduce to like 75, or 50 or 25. the stats dont reduce. They only reduce to zero when the armour break.
  10. You have it [wagon] backwards. I would get 85 attack and 85 defense before training strength. Strength is worthless at higher levels, all that matters is that you can take a hit and also hit the enemy constantly. By training strength all you do is increase your max hit. Big deal, it takes like what, 3 levels on average to gain an extra damage for your max hit? Psh. So what if you can hit a 40 and I only hit a 36? Doesn't matter if you hit higher than me if I'm hitting 25% more often than you. Thats nice, but that's for pvp. He's talking about training on monsters. Anyway, I'd say controlled is best cause whip + defender > ss (and any gs too). However, you could argue that you can train the remaining def lvls with higher att and str (if you do att and str first) but I think the difference will be minimal.

someone loves his ags :D. I dunno man, from what I hear, it totally owns AGS. He's right. The AGS spec has a MASSIVE accuracy boost. From what I hear d claws aren't that great. Guess it's time to get a pair and try it myself.... Tell me your resulsts, will you? I have very limited experience with AGS and no experiene whatsoever with claws. I'm pretty interested.
  12. When is the last time you weren't negative in your replys? My varrock armour has made me millions I use my explorer ring daily. I use my karamja gloves daily. Worthless, no! Cheer up...

  14. You sound like Rayoxide. You ask for advice, then bash every advice you get without good reasons. Either do npc trading, which is a waste of time, for EASY money. Or do green drags/aviansies, ... for decent xp and good cash.
  15. Since the update dragon plate *should* rise. We still have the input from all the people finishing the quest. I think the plate will probably stay stable at around 25-40M.
  16. If 400-500k an hour is too slow for you, then you have a problem. At your lvl thats very decent.
  17. The only thing that cames to my mind when you say combat mage xp and profit are DK's. Doing guthix claws is pretty good xp (I think about 50k an hour) and makes good profit in the end. However, while fire waving steels you can do literally what you want in those 1.5 mins it takes. easy afkable. If you dont get a visage, you're facing a big loss though. I know you want to do combat magic, but I'd like to suggest diamond bolt enchanting. If you get used to clicking fast, it's up to 150k xp an hour. If you buy your diamond bolts on a good time, and sell them at the right time, you can even make profit (I was making 800k an hour at some point, however, I'd also make a lot of profit if I just sold my supplies (diamond bolts) at that moment, so it was more like profit from the investing at the right time). You can also do this at pc for a change. It's like 50-80k mage xp an hour + pts.
  18. Do you really think it's worth the time to load your familiar, considering the bank is 5 sec away?
  19. I swear it was 25? Did they recently raise it to 30, or has it been at 30 for so long? Where did you hear that? Its common knowledge anyway, take a look at footballers, or soccer players for some. They peak at 30 and retire at 35-38 yrs of age. Of course there are exceptions, a man who used steroids might for example peak at 25, and have his body wrecked at the age of 30. but for the more serious sports, people peak before they are 30. (well, not all, but say athletics, you dont see a lot ofr 35 year olds high jumping/doing the 100m). I think the average age of the people who attended the olypics was 28, so 30 could be called prime then I guess.
  20. lemme get that right, you give him a higher rate because it's a pure, and your siggy shows an anti-pure quote? Now THAT makes sence.. and 99 range is gud 10/10, 2/10 because pures fail so that makes it a 6/10 no A true pure has no main and he has a main even I've got pure accounts but they're just for fun btw your maths is horrible 10 -2 =8 not 6 Like someone else has already said, you're the one with horrible math. Made me chuckle. ON topic, grats. I'd feel it as a waste of time though, not training my main.
  21. Very nice, I'm jealous. Around 40 kills here so far. I use karil top and bottem, no v skirt, since I can use the extra ranged accuracy.
  22. Nic, 7/10 (please dont bash me that I'm not giving 8/10)
  23. I guess simply buying an item out with some friends doesnt fall under the term price manipulation. You actually buy the item and you arent misleading anyone. Needless to say Jagex doesnt like it anyway.
  24. The hard thing is to make an update that's worth it. Say they update agility with some minigame, however, it only yields 10k xp an hour. Nobody will do it. Same for mining etc. Either, something is the best way to lvl, and everyone does it, or it ****s and nobody does it. The challenge is to find a balance in between it.
  25. How so? If they weren't, they would just be watching T.V or eating or playing another video game. Yeah you can say people who play RS "waste the best time of their life" while you go and play Call of Duty. Same exact thing. I don't believe that hellbellz ever said that what he did wasn't a waste of time. Either way it doesn't change the fact that runescape is indeed a waste of time. Anything besides working & earning money is practically a waste of time. Hell, I don't know many people whose best years fell on the ages 11-16. Neither did mine. In most countries you can't legally drink, smoke, go to bars or nightclubs, get real jobs, drive a car, buy cruise/airline tickets, see movies rated M or AO, open cell phone plans, sign any documents or agreements without a parent's consent, change religions/names, get married, have fun in a casino.. You're practically owned by your parents as a teen. Modern life in that age these days usually consists of studying most of your time, playing sports or video games and hooking up with friends or significant others. Most of that is a 'waste of time', or if you look it from another perspective, a "part of life". If you leave out everything that's a waste of time, your life would be so boring you'd have no reason to be happy or live. (And no, I haven't played RS or other similar games for years) Doing sports isnta waste of time too. Sometimes I imagine "what If I trained even more during the time I played RS, I'd be uber good :o"
