Decided to just go there with void and pony like comp suggested. It went really good. Just prayed for like the first 5-10 min, then they got unagressive. I get like 50k ranged xp an hour and over 200 bars.

Well, you'll have to get to 55 mining and 50 smithing on yourself. From then on, mine mithril and coal at the mining guild and use superheat. Bank when full of bars. Really the best way out there.

Cuz they (used to be) much cheaper. Air orbs 1k each, water orbs 660 each. However, water orbs have gotten more expensive. I must admit, lately I've been doing air orbs (at 960-990 each, time your buying right). Gotten 80-90 just on battlestaves, not wasting a single gp. (water orbs were profit, air orbs small loss I think). Do the full achievement diary for 64. Those 64 staves are only 7k each btw, so big profit on that. Also, buy your staves under med, since you can only buy 100 every 4 hours you can afford waiting for it. I used to buy mine for like 8071 to 8271 each.

First of all, you've got all the basic equipment. Anything you are going to buy now (except for cannon and BUNYIP) will be a huge investment for only a small improvement. Dont expect wonders from a fury or a dfs. However, if you want to optimise your training, and have spare cash, get them. Secondly, no dont get dfs. Since you dont have 10s of spare mills, go with rune defender. I say this cause I see your still low defence. With 85+ defence, any task that can be bunyiped, can be bunyiped just as good with r def as with DFS. You might have to wear guth plate in stead of torso, and have to drink (cheap) super defs, but things like hell hounds and nechs are easily survived just with bunyip. Since you dont have a bunyip or arent high def, the dfs might be pretty useful. However, you arent insanely rich so.. Third: yes barrow gloves protect over a lot. Might check it before you go on dangerous tasks. Still, they are pure ownage, a must get. Last: dont waste money on crafting. Buy your 64 daily staves from Zaff + 600 staves from the GE each day. Then buy water orbs. Since you get staves slowly, just buy a ton of water orbs when they are low (I bought like 20k for 660 each 2 months ago). Craft those staves whenever you feel like it. I got like 180k xp an hour (of actualy crafting) and made over 300k an hour. You need time to gather staves of course. Still, its 66.7k free xp (profit if you buy orbs at right moment) a day. Now please saviour these tips.

You missed the essention of my reply: Your tank outfit is BAD. Full armadyl with DFS is better (both in ranged bonus and defence) than the verac skirt combo you suggest.

I love the guide, just used it to camp at abbies. One pretty important thing you are missing: Full arma with a good shield (drag sq and up) IS BETTER than the verac skirt combo you are showing. The +8 for the god book isnt worth sacrificing a possible 70 def bonus. Try it out, you'll see. The only way arma + dfs loses to your tank outfit is in prayer bonuses. It might also be a good idea to try and find something with a verac helm in stead of arma helmet. Again, the +8 for the arma helmet is pertty low compared to the + 55 (or whatever) def bonus verac's helmet gives. My 2 cents. One more thing: full arma + god book + unicorn is enough to camp at abbies.

You ask advice, but you're basicly saying that you wont take the advice. You've got everything you need except: cannon fury fire cape ranger boots warrior Void ranged Bandos isnt indeed worth the money. All the others stated will be worth it in the end. (ranger boots , void ranged and fury discussable, but they are pretty stable in price). But hey you dont want these, so you've got your question answered yourself. Oh yeah, got enough super sets? I assume you have a rune defender and a bunyip. If you dont have them, get them. R def easy. Bunyip through slayer,itll come faster than you think.

Thats the whole point, I'm GLAD I havent wasted so much time just to have a 99. If i'd laugh with you but I have one myself, that'd be lame, moreso than not having 99 fletching.

I'm lvl 126 and I still dont have a 99. Why? Cause I dont like grinding. And lets face it, nobody likes grinding. I find it silly that people do these boring, useless skills (you said it yourself, fm is boring, and everyone knows it's useless) just to get a cape that everyone has. Of course, if you really like the skill and 99 comes naturally, go on. But all those lvl 91's with 35 farming and 23 summoning grinding their way to 99 fletching, I dont get them... So my view: A 99 should come naturally A 99 shouldnt be grinding A 99 should be somewhat useful (and that's why it should come naturally). I'm about to get 99 magic myself. Have I grinded it, I dont think so. I've gotten 85 on f2p a long time ago. You could call that small part (like 65-85) grinding perhaps. 85-92 went naturally on p2p. Bit of this, bit of that. Then 92-97 bursting rock lobs for 90 summoning. 97-98 was enchanting bolts at pc, okay, you could call that grinding, but I was nearly there :-). If I compare this to someone who spends 100 boooring hours getting 99 fletching, just cause he wants that 99.

Sorry for the bump, but I finally went to test grey chins again: I got these resulats (137.1 min trip, 95 ranged, void, 15% prayer, tortoise for first hour, geyser for the next 69 min, 6 ranged pots, potting whenever I get back to 102-103 ranged, short fuse). Xp/h: 260k (less in the beginning, up to 280 at the end). Chins/h: 1312 Restores/h:14 Range ptos/h:2.6 Xp/chin:199.79 Costs/h:577750 Gp/xp:2.204 So comp, what the hell are you doing to get 40 xp more per chin than me. I think I can safely say I've pretty much maximised the xp (well, 280k an hour that is, Ive been timing every 15 min, and 71k is the best I've gotten for 15 min). You say you are using only 1000 chins, which is like 1/4 less than me, so I gues you take more time to garantuee you are hitting 9 at once, but even then... Edit: for you greys are only 40 xp less than reds, for me it is 55 xp. I'd expect it to be around the same since you use your own method 2 tiems (only 1000 chins/h), while I use mine (1300/h).

That's what I've been doing since 3 weeks. My results yesterday: 23k mage xp (1 failure), 1#k ranged xp (2 failures), and 7.5k agil xp (1 failure). I've gotten up to 15k ranged xp earlier.

Say I have put on vengeance. I'm going to attack someone who has also cast vengeance. When I hit him, he uses his vengeance automaticly. Does my vengeance kick in on his vengeance then? (if he decides to not hit back). Not really for concrete uses, but I was just wondering lol.

It's 100-105k magic xp and 50-55k hp xp, using 570 casts an hour. So each cast is nearly 100 hp xp.

Been blitz + dds at fight pits and duel arena. I must say it's pretty cool if it works (been doing a lot of bad timings, forgetting spec etc...). Best so far is a 23 24 32 (just combat potion) on a noob in duel arena: instant KO. He didnt expect anything :D.

Nope, no loss of round when helms are used. It's their unique advantage. And for jad, if you go with a 99 veng (after sara brewed HP) and triple 45 from g maul and use miasmic barrage (possible if you use a macro for your dd++ spec), you can get: 32-45-45-45-74-10 = 251 damage, 1 hit KO. The_murder21, are you listening? Lol, was also thinking about The_murder21. If anyone would pull it off, it's him. Man, if he really succeeds... You'd need A LOT of luck though. (4 hits of you have to be max, and Jad has to max too + good timing).
