Zamorak Spear has a crush option which is Controlled. Godswords have a crush option that trains strength. You could use a Verac's flail which has both an accurate and defensive crush option, but I will advise against it. It's just far inferior to your other options.

That's what I'd do. I'd also bring about 50 diamonds for jad, makes it much faster.

If you have a pony, go for it. You aren't praying with a pony most of the time so it's just more defense. However, if you ask me, wearing Bandos to DK is just overkill.

Genie lamps give xp = (level in skill)(10) Books of Knowledge give xp = (level in skill)(15) And yes, on F2P prayer and runecrafting are the only skills really worthy of a lamp.

I wear Proselyte Top and Bottom on pretty much every task. The prayer boosts help you get the most out of your prayer when using the combat prayers, which you should be. If you don't want to waste the money on piety or the +15% str prayer. Even the +10% str prayer will make a difference and cost you less than 5 prayer pots per task. The defense isn't that bad, I think it's like addy, but it allows for cheaper use of the combat prayers and in return, faster training.

You cant use the death altar tabs or the death portal in the abyss without completion of MEP2. The quickest you can get to them is by starting MEP2 and using the key and full mourner to get to them.

When I made B2P I just had noted soft clay in inventory and had my butler unnote as I clicked on the lecturn over and over to make tabs. When fully focused I could do roughly 1300-1400 per hour.
