  1. Wow. Exact same name and everything too. That's epic. Really, judging how mature/nice the community is, is actually very difficult. You look back a few years and you see a different community, but a few years ago I was in High School. I'm was different then then I am now. ....Wow, I just used two sentences that both use a word twice in a row. Anyways, point is, if you look back a few years and see a different community, keep in mind that a few years ago you probably had an entirely different perspective of the community, and probably life in general.
  2. Bones probably won't. So, I spent a ton on herb supplies lol. And er, nothing actually becomes unbuyable. You should have to pay far more then the GE price for stuff. I'm trying to sell snaps at 25k ea, no luck so far but we'll see :) Wasted too much money on it lol, but oh well. I'll be at TDs hoping for a claw drop.
  3. Yeah, we don't do that. Unless it's someone we recognize from another, rival clan we don't flame them when we kill them. That is, unless they flame us first. Then we might say something like "cya hick" or something. Guess how most pkers behave? Definately not like that. Nah, they behave like developmentally delayed, flaming and cussing, yet fail to realise they're playing game which is made just for fun - why not respect your fellow players? Killing in wilderness is respectable, because it's what's supposed to do in pvp areas, but why on earth do people have to be so angry? If some angry rskid reads this, please tell me, why you can't behave. I don't respect pkers. Not because they pk, but because most of them have their brains replaced with nasty porridge. I don't talk bad at them, though, no reason to do that. Unless they start. *evil grin* If I was about to play, say, chess in internets, and I would win, I would not say them "noob, l2chess, fu" or something even worse if I get beaten. Why does this not work in pking too? Isn't chess a game that, you know, involves intelligence? Yeah.... Personally, I'm all for the brawlers/PVP weapons/armour becoming more common if they're too rare, but I still don't see the point in statuettes. All they do is bring inflation into the game or help PK'ers trick people into losing expensive items.
  4. I don't think it's very feasiible to try it without turmoil and overloads and a chaotic imo. Er, the out DPSing them. Could be wrong though.
  5. Well, the idea behind combat pures has a certain logic to it. High offense/low defense and you can kill "normal" players your level (i.e. with balanced att/str/def.) Your offense allows you to be able to beat them more easily in 1v1 battles. Then there are skill pures, which are people trying to see what they can accomplish on RS while keeping their character level 3. Apparently a fun challenge to them, I don't see the point. Unless your making a pure specifically for PVP, getting better stats then opponents at your level, or want a pure just for the challenge of accomplishing stuff with a handicap, they're otherwise pointless. The mining pure for example - why, exactly couldn't one just mine all those ores on ones main? That being said, most if not all pures I've heard of fall into one of the two semi-useful categories I've mentioned. Other combat pures work differently, but the basic idea behind combat pures is to more easily skill people the same level as you.
  6. Of course some will get 120 in all. We already seen many players get 200M+ exp in many skills. But majority won't do that. I will get all Warrior classes, and work my way with prayer and magic, because magic is good for magical defense. Well, that's my point right there. I think it'd be interesting if there was an actual like, limit on how many stats you could have at 120. Like, you can get all the exp you want, and maybe it counts for total idk....but, like, you choose what stats you want to be master of (if you have enough 120s) and the rest are stuck at 99/120. You can't use those 120 abilities. And you can switch what your mastery is of, maybe once a month, with some very time consuming quest-like thing. Key word is time consuming. I dunno, think some customization would be interesting, but I'm trying to make it realistic with the way RS works now.
  7. Definitely mage. Actually, I think it'd be interesting IF when stats are boosted to 120, there's a limit on how many you can get. Force some specialization. But I doubt it....some people WOULD get 120 all >.<
  8. Saradomin sword, or a chaotic rapier if you wanna traing DG enough.
  9. I use it all the time for slayer, but it's probably overkill lol. I mean, before the uni a bunyip/ee worked fine for me I think. Eh, I like the uni scrolls because I get more control over healing. Sometimes with monsters you go a few minutes without damage, next couple monsters hit for like half your hp.
  10. Exceeeeeeeeeeept non-abyssal familiars cannot carry essence. That's the entire purpose of essence familiars.
  11. Wait, didn't we have this thread like last month?

Well I don't need to justify my age, reading skills or level of employment to you, so I forgive you for being rude and lacking in basic social skills. I wonder if you are like this to everyone who may not get a joke first time, or misinterpretes something? Be interesting to see you shouting at yourself in the mirror when you do it and I can assure you beyond a doubt....it will happen. i'm only this way to people who make a mistake and then blame everyone else for it when someone tells a joke, and you don't get it for a while, do you tell them that they should have made the joke better because you didn't get it? can't fix stupid Tbh, a lot of things are funnier when people DON'T get it...Best time was high school, girl took out a huge banana and exclaimed "holy crap this is a huge banana." She totally did NOT get why it was funny. At all. Until I explained it to her, in graphic detail, about 5 minutes later. But off topic.
  13. Because at higher levels, f1-25 offer horrible exp anyways. You C1 rush them to get them outta the way, then get the good exp from the higher level floors. Personally though, I don't think organizing a team is worth it for C1 rushing. But yeah, DG is do all the floors you can, possibly redo a couple of floors to unlock floors you have the levels for but haven't "unlocked," reset and repeat until 120DG.
  14. reading comprehension fail. Either that or no one looks you up on highscores when you only have 77 DG ;)
  15. Unlike the above poster, I think collecting, updating favour (and the kingdom coffers of course) once a week is perfect, as is 10herbs and 5 maples. Depends on preference tbh, herbs are more of a guaranteed profit; the profit from maples depends on the seeds so it can vary quite a bit. Profit will go up if you update it every day, but I really can't be bothered. Not enough to make it worth going there every day. (I think, although I don't actually know what the profit change would be like.)
  16. Yeahh, um, you don't buy spices. That would make it too easy. Spicy stews are only related to one part of RFD, the Evil Dave mini-quest where you get the hellcat. You hunt hellrats for spices, both for the mini-quest and for stews. Protip: do NOT go there with a kitty. Go there with a cat, or preferable a wily cat. With stews, I've only heard about stewing for overloads. Not like extreme attacks or anything. However, if you ARE stewing, you should log out ever 45 seconds to reset the timer. The stew boosts are NOT reliable in any what whatsoever. You can potentially boost a skill by 6 on the maximum dosage, but you can also lower it by 6. Because it's random, a +6 boost isn't even worth going for because of how unlikely it is.
  17. Nex

Really hope Virtus will become reasonable, I love my mage gear =D
  18. Wyrms sound lame, Nex update seems nice. Hopefully the armours will stabilize in my price range, or at least less then maxed cash per piece/set. I'd love to get my hands on virtus someday...
  19. I much prefer the idea of being the house.
  20. I did it the day it came out...
  21. Well, fact, more then one person has been hit by the auto-log at GW. Or other locations, especially since the lobby counts towards that. Still, logging in/out before hand would more or less solve it. Still think a warning wouldn't be bad... Also, when was the last time you say, cut ivies? I've gotten autologged out more then once there in the past couple months. Of course, half of that might be afk, but still. It does happen on some of the more AFKable skills. It's also not inconceiveable for an ivy...ivy, to last more then 5 minutes. Either way, ain't a problem with the lobby feature. Also, that most amusing image led me to a supposed attack page o_o
  22. Well, last time I killed Jad, just lured them over to me, killed them, then killed them again when Jad respawned them the second time lol. I dunno, I'd just try luring/killing them tbh.
