train on the level 5 monks they can heal you so you dont need food train until about level 35 then go to the hill giants with food

personally the agility arena is better you can just go to ardy and steal cakes and camp down there until you have 100 tickets keep going until your our of cakes talk to jackie and get you exp. way easier and you dont have to put up with pkers
