  1. erm...? could you work on ur english a little... i could do that but why would i most ppl understand it and i type to fast to type correctly I didn't understand a word of what you just said... "I could do that, but why would I? Most people understand it, [though] I type too fast to type correctly."
  2. By the way, guys, a quick note about trees: use dark brown trees to hide, not light brown trees.
  3. That's not the same thing and you know it. If you don't know it, then don't say anything.
  4. I'm f2p. He's p2p. If the most qp I had is 39, how the hell do you suggest I help him? Yes, transferring money does a LOT. I gave one guy 300k once and he boosted his stats dramatically in a month.
  5. Assist system is useless if your friend doesn't need it. Giving advice is useless if your friend doesn't need it. I'm already friendly toward a person who is my friend. Then help others? The game isn't only you and your friend. Sure I understand if you want to help your friend, but it seems like he doesn't need help if he doesn't need any advice or skill help. Point is that financial help or gifts are the best way to help a friend more than anything else. And no, starting January, I can't help others in the way that I've wanted to from the beginning, which is to give them sets of rune for just being nice people. People rarely need my assistance (or can use it due to lacking the materials) or listen to my advice. Fat lot of good those things do next to giving them what they need to do things.

  7. Weither you're right or not, that did not contribute much to this discussion. Give reasons for why that statement is true, prove it to us. Maybe you could find that someone else will change their mind to agree with you. Together, we (Tip.It'ers and 'Scapers in general) can find a way to prevent real-world tradeing and have the RuneScape with a wilderness that, apparently, people liked. *points to signature* The suggestion I've crafted so far should bring PKing back to the Wilderness in such a way that the typical botting goldfarmer can't exploit it. Those were the goldfarmers RuneScape primarily had a problem with. Gold sellers like the ones on [Caution: Jagex Rule Violation] will probably still use it, but with a much more limited degree of success due to a 24-hour-to-whenever-the-player-gets-expensive-items-back licensing restriction. No, it isn't perfect, but I think it's a lot better than the only "PKing" we have now. What I need from anyone who would like to read my suggestion is to build on it. The point is that while goldfarming wouldn't be completely stopped by such measures, it would certainly be hobbled in such a way that players could still have fun while the traders would be severely limited in their capabilities.
  8. Giving my full Sara to my real life friend will be the last thing I can do for him in this game. That makes me mad :x
  9. The Wilderness did NOT have to be stamped out to stop RWTing. That's bull honkey.
  10. The 5% limit is truncated when it would fall below alch or store buy value. That was explicitly stated when the Grand Exchange was released. Which is ridiculous. Just look at gold bars.
  11. As I have killed one myself (in f2p), my recommendation for slaying these beasts is the best anti-range armor you can get coupled with protect from magic and lots of pray pots/food (as I'm f2p, I had to use the altar in 37 wild continually to stand any chance at all of defeating the Ork. My reward for my hard-fought battle? 655 coins). Use melee or range to attack. High-level range is very effective per my experience.
  12. I think they can eat 28 times. I killed an Ork.
  13. Finnald's 5th PK vid has one of the most amazing Ring of Life saves ever. He got away with several pieces of barrows and thousands of runes.
  14. Actually I've been teleblocked and frozen and dealt 30+ by revenants, but I'm still not afraid of them because they have such cruddy AI.
  15. Would they stop you from taking, oh say, 50,000 blood runes? Yes. You can only bring 1,000 of any item.
  16. Honestly, people, they're the dumbest things in RuneScape. If you walk behind a tree, they can't attack you. Hell, I had a vampire and an icefiend stacked behind one tree when I was rune mining once. So what's your story? Why do you still think revenants are dangerous? More power to ya if you're not afraid. I'm sure you'll notice this sooner or later :)
  17. I barely ever PKed, staked or merchanted, but these updates made me quit. I stil dwell in these forums though. The staking update hit me worst though, because then i knew i could never be more than an average joe, earning average wages. The only way i could ever get better than anyoe else would be to play for hours and hours a day, but never actually surpass many people still. All oppurtunities to go from rich to poor or poor to rich are gone. I wil never have a chance of being anywhere near the best, so i quit. THe community is 'clogged', nobody can become (relatively) better than anyone else. Tis not good. I don't pay to be the same as everyone else, i pay to be better. The point of the game isn't to be the best, but to have fun. But it's fun to be the best -.-
  18. If there's anything that needs to be smithed or mined (fossils?), I'll be there.
  19. Revenants are not dangerous at all.
  20. It always has, only not in stacks.
  21. I think people with the balls to stand up to swarms of noobs should be rewarded. For every two hundred hits you take in the crater without dying, you get a ticket.
  22. I guess near Edgeville you could have three players set up an unofficial duel of sorts (Where one player is is a referee who is required to be there in order to get the duel going), but the loot would HAVE to be in items, not cash.
