OT question: do you miss the retired randoms now that they're gone?

farming record?
I think I got 25 spirit weeds once. I was like, "WHAT HOW ARE THERE THAT MANY IN THIS BUSH" while I kept picking it with rising incredulity.

Well, it could be because skilling has almost no inherent risk to it other than falling behind the rise of inflation.

Ah... Pking
Actually, I've had some decent convos during the time spent trying to destroy each other thoroughly. Sure, you can be underhanded in every respect because that's what is expected of you, but there's nothing wrong with civil banter.

Jagex gives banned accounts a 2nd chance.
Well, the post does say that they aren't going to review bug abuse cases.

Jagex gives banned accounts a 2nd chance.
I believe the accounts they want to unban are the ones that were banned because people reported them for petty things and the mod was a bit too hasty in their judgement. I've heard of really silly bans occurring before. Then again, they could all be lying, so that's what the review process is for.

Did you even read the article? The tools are for PLAYER-RUN EVENTS. So.....no exp gain outside of the normal stuff you'd get from doing things.

Nah, it was like, what? 3 minutes? During that time he stayed out there, and didn't die.

Non-traditional sources of raw materials
Well, for the most part Bandos statues are a nice way of getting large piles of dust runes.

6th May 2009 - Bounty Hunter Wilderness-only PvP
As far as I could tell, I was the only person to have attacked him, seeing as I struck just as he left the ditch. Still, I did leave him for a bit to modify my inventory, and during that time he could have fought somebody else, but he was ready to go when I came back and he hadn't died. I had dealt a lot of damage to him previously and I wonder what happened when I wasn't looking at him.

Btw, I had to kill my bounty twice before he paid out. What's up with that?

After a prolonged battle involving perhaps one and a half inventories (leaning towards just the one) of sharks and a few pots: It's a pity he didn't drop the dark bow.

For the most part, everything's recognizable, and that's all that matters.

Eh, it's okay I guess. Is PvP still like that?

From what I understand, there's a CHANCE of getting their stuff if it's your target, but otherwise it's still drop tables.

Well, hopefully they make those modifications to magic that they were considering.

Price Manipulation
I looked at the scale for the total period of time it takes for a yew seed to recover. It sort of almost fills the thirty day chart. I can't really wait for that long.
-
Price Manipulation
Well, there is a big difference between investing your money in material goods as opposed to buying out the entire stock to drive prices up.

Price Manipulation
I'm just glad that they're done with the seeds. That was just cruel.

Help for quests. Should you use them?
I use the guides when there's a high probability of death.

Price Manipulation
Even though they can't hold onto an item forever, it does allow them to gain large amounts of capital, and use that to further their plans. This will either continue until they screw up, they get bored with making money at some point, or it gets to a bad situation where Jagex decides that they have to do something (too late as usual) and do something drastic (because they figure the ends justifies the means).
