Well I'm personally a bit confused as to why you'd be losing that much space if you're not downloading anything. You should try running as Disk Cleanup (Start Menu -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Disk Cleanup). You may also want to try a program like CCleaner to get rid of old temp file and registry entries, etc. Hope that helps some. As for Microsoft Office 07, have you tried getting it from the Microsoft website? It seems like you would be able to download a trial version from there at least, and if you have a CD key, you "should" be able to activate it and get the full version. P.S. - You should create a system restore point before you run CCleaner.

When you download something, you have to choices, like this: Check the box that says "Save to Disk" then it should download to where ever everything else on your computer downloads to.

But if you don't know how to get there: Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Administrative Services -> Services -> (you should now see a list) Themes -> Double click on it (or right click on it and select Properties) and set it's startup type to Automatic. Problem should be solved. Edit: Or you can do what the guy above me said, his method is quicker. :P

Scan your computer for ad ware, spy ware, etc. If nothing comes up, you might want to try getting a pop-up blocker. If you're using Firefox, Adblock Plus should work great.

Yes, Wakka is right. You have to realize that the majority of teenagers are complete idiots and have little to no respect for other people.
