A hypothetical question really. You certainly can't put in an order for 10 blue phats in one hit as you cannot physically hold that much cash, but the most expensive item (cracker) would have to tripple its value before the ceiling gp cap woul be met. jagex have plenty of time to deliberate on that eventuality me thinks. but what happens if summoning is a flop, no one likes, it and buys the p hats back for as much as they can and the price [bleep]es exponentially till it hits the max? just a theory I believe a side use of rares was as a money holder for the extremely rich. Also people would trade in small rares on occasion for large rares. There are ways of dealing with the money cap. As for any 1 rare reaching the cap, you can bet Jagex wouldn't let that happen. :wink:

After looking at it not blown up, it looks kinda like 22/1. Maybe the circled is our wait, and it comes out the 22nd.

I'm sure they will do something like this. IMO they should have allowed you to turn randoms off with enough qp when they implemented the trade limit. #-o

As much as im down on jagex recently, i highly doubt they will lower rare prices. As it has been said in countless posts, there was a phat dupe and they had their best opportunity to rid the game or rares completely. Yet they didn't, and to my knowledge they banned a few people and thats about it. If you keep puting rares on the ge at its lowest price and updating it, as im sure many people are doing, prices will continue to drop. Rares a don't believe are a "bubble" product either. The trends of rares always fluctuate when there is and economic change or when a skill comes out. I wouldn't advise owning a rare if its all your money into it. IMO i would hold onto it, im fairly confident it will rise again.

Its been a long awaited skill, since rsc people have been waiting for it. Jagex has had a hard time implementing it into the game, its a huge addition to the game. The reason i think they have put so much about it on the front page is due to the fact that the rs ccommunity became so massive that this was the only way to stay "personal" Back in the day it was alot easier for them to talk to people because there wasn't near as many people. Infact many people would run into them ingame from time to time. Releasing information is a great move on there part.

My advise would be to stop slaying dragons. Since the release of the ge i went back to barrows, great money maker now imo. Get racks, runes, and armour, drop them off at the ge when you have a good amount. Sells for you so you have more time to run trips.

I vaguely remember you from times past, doubt you'll know me. Seems as all the good people are leaving. Need more good people to replace them. Well best of luck to you in real life, especially with school.

To those using the quote, im pretty sure he meant delete code and making everyone trade the same. I would imagine its alot different changing it so everyones trade limits are diffrent. I have a feeling jagex will be paying out some overtime to get this fixed asap.

This has been posted many times before, what was learned from those is that you still need pins. People hack just for the fun of tormenting people. They will drop stuff and/or get you banned just for fun. off topic, makes me feel like saying thanks to the tip.it mods for having to keep the forums clean :P

If you really want to quit, then just walk away. Doing things like droping all your stuff or getting banned and such won't help. You will always come back untill your ready to actually quit. Best advice i can give is to try playing it in moderation first. If you quit and have all that extra time you might find yourself doing worse things. Limit yourself to x amount of hours a day if you enjoy playing it still.

hmm, pretty sure it use to be who got it first, but now it changes? Maybe it keeps track of xp but doesn't show it past 200mil :-k
