m4tty Posted March 20, 2007 Share Posted March 20, 2007 yuck.. jagex cares about the lazy people of rs, waste of an update why do you feel the need to flamebait on every topic? jagex made a good update which does nothing but benefit players and you try and start an argument, GJ. good update jagex assuming the prayer thing is fixed, the world thing is very good for pking and checking multiple worlds... well for switching worlds at all, could also be good for rune miners, SS is now pointless from what i see, hopefully if its banned again theres less complainers. Look at the facts, strider showed a feature that the official client is missing, now we have such a feature - everyone wins. I for one disliked the idea of 3rd party clients, but this is a benefit to everyone, no one can deny that. What was wrong with SS in the first place? Was it the fact that Jagex was jealous of it being used more than their client? How come SS has been the world-switcher program since Runescape Classic, so I'm sure SS has beaten Jagex a lot more. i used it for switching only... my printscreenbutton owns the jepeg ss button.. and all calculators work better on tip.it :wink: and i didnt use the chat cuz most are annoing and spamming there :roll: Zybez > SS > Tip.it. HI. Why are you here? I'm loving this update, even moreso because for once the community as a whole is happy, and jagex is for the first time in awhile directly addressing what players want. (Yes, I know that I'm about to draw another parallel to World of Warcraft, but I think you can live with it.) Like Jagex, Blizzard is also way too lazy to make good addons. Unlike Jagex, Blizzard released the source code for their UI (user interphase) and personally recommends unofficial addons to be used. Jagex should allow things like Swifty. It would take a load off of their workload and let them focus on important things, like finishing skills that have been out for years. :^_^: I drew that smilie, btw, along with a few more used by this site.Classic bloodveld for lyph3! Now strider just has to make a link to rs homepage on start-up of SS. He might as well as get rid of the world list on the side, b/c Jagex's is much farther advanced. Now, Stryder can just keep adding to his Irc client and his calculators and his other tools. Irc chat would be bad if Jagex made one.. why? because you could not speak freely they would censor every little thing :cry:. Yeah jagex great job on taking a shot at strider, all the guy did was help most of all your players with Runescape, he didnt charge people for his services, Have i seen many others go out of there way to make a program like this? nope, so Ya great job.
