Aw, Torag isn't hard. I never use prayer on him.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My first trip, I used Ice burst the entire time, along with prayer. Got lost in the tunnels, and ended teleporting out with 14 hp. Came back and got runes! Wewt. :XD:

mine was great achually, went through like 5 p pots(4) (nervous) andi got great axe from chest =)

mine went ok, my second was good, got a flial

How did your first barrows run go? I just tried one, and it went so..so... horribly! I go in, get by Karil and Dharok, 3 lobbies used (Big mistake on the food choice....), however, I got smacked around big-time by Torag and Verac, and had 3 lobs for the tunnels (I was using the no p pot method, by the way). I got lucky and had guthan in the tunnels, but that's where my luck ended... double brother spawn! I safespot one quickly, kill it and run away. I'm left with 12hp, got smacked a lot while running for the safespot. I make it to the tunnel with 11 hp, I get the puzzle wrong :wall:. Then I get hit by a 10, by a skelaton, I'm redbarred, and I go "Awww crap, there goes the armour, runes and pots."

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I died, so now I'm going to quit runescape.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Nah, just kidding. Ring of life teled me out at 1 hp. ROL FTW! :D

I had to tele away, but i ended up getting a Great Axe first run. :thumbsup:

I did my first run ever at level 78, and it went okay (but had to use like 4 p pots :oops: ). My third run ever, though, went horrible is the only time I've died at barrows.

My first barrows trip was back when you could still block using a friend. Nothing good but I survived it without any trouble. :

Never done it. I would die in 45.8 seconds... :ohnoes:

well my first run was pretty crazy it took me like 20minutes to learn the gear i needed and where to start and the path to follow, then it took me about 40 minutes to kill all the brothers and get the chest(dhorak tunnel) :wall:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

second run i got dh tunnel and he hit a 68 on me in the tunnels i think and i died but luckily a moderator was there and grabbed my rune pl8 and legs and he gave them back( think his name was pker___)

My first run was back when it just came out. I took prayer potions and sharks, and got a Torag's plate, which I immediately sold for 7m. :D

my first run was easy enough, just long and expensive.

 

 

 

walked through mort myre. Used monk robes, fire blast, 5 p pots and.....

 

had to make a second trip to get my spade....

 

had to make another trip for food (got confused in the tunnels for 30 min or so)

 

got a nice 20k worth of runes though :thumbsup:

 

 

 

...and then i read leesters guide...

point is, 8 drops

It was pretty easy since you were able to block(with a friend) and safespot-mage the brothers back then.

well... i used 38 prayer potions died 4 times and used most of my money. :oops:

 

back then i didnt even know what slayer dart was and had 36 magic though :-$

 

i melee'd it with a dragon longsword lol.

 

 

 

 

 

but i dont use prayer pots at all anymore, just look at meh siggy :

 

well... i think it was a tuesday.

VERY confusing!! I went with a friend and i hadn't read any guides or anything, all i had was a map of where the brothers are. Trying to ancient, run, ancient, read friends advice, drink p pots, eat can all be very confusing for a lvl 82 doing barrows for the 1st time :shock:

 

 

 

i got through though, got veracs skirt on 4th run 8-)

It went very well actually, especially since it was only an hour after barrows came out. (I learned my lesson about dharock the *easy* way when I saw someone else get hit 58 :P )

Mine went well, only because i used 10+ prayer pots per game :P i was level 68 back then, got a flail on me secon run, 1.8 back then

I remember when the update came out and when I got home my brother was just starting it. For some reason we both thought you had to buy the armour there, so I told him to bring loads of money with him. Luckily friend said it wasn't like that =P

 

 

 

I don't remember my first trip, but I remember not getting anything good :( And I was getting my kill count up quite a lot =P

On my first run, i used... About 4 p pots? Lol, i was a nub then :XD:

It Went HORRIBLY, I didn't use mage (First Horrible Mistake) killed Karil and Ahrim, then decided to go to the tunnels, got Dharok, he hit a whopping 33. I teleported out to safety. Sadly, Jesselitton was there to witness me being hit a 33

My first Barrows run was a while after it was released. I didn't do too badly, I only used two prayer pots at 55 Prayer ( :o ) and I didn't die!

 

I was reward with...

I actually made a loss on that trip. I later died to Dharok, bought back my supplies and got a Guthans Spear. Spent it all on 70 Construction. \

I died, I always try to hard not to die so I decided to wing it, bad decision.

I did it the safest way possible. Had the best gear I could afford (and I never let me prayer fall below 30(even in crypts :XD: )) and in the end, I wasted 9 ppos (4) in one run :uhh: .

I forget my first run on my old main (Screechingmu), but I remember my first run on this account started off with me forgeting my spade. The rest went pretty smooth, as smooth as it can go for only being 45 defence. And the chest item, Veracs Flail :).
