I dont think that building belongs solely to Jagex, if you Google it quite a few businesses are addressed there. They most likely own a floor or something there.

Photoshopped. Everyone knows that Jagex HQ is really on a street corner in a run-down neighbourhood with a cardboard sign that says Jagex.

 

 

 

It's very humid inside and the brick on the building is grimy and dull red. They sit behind old computers with the Windows 95 OS and all wear old, yellow-tinged glasses and nasty-looking suits.

 

 

 

Plus they live there because they got evicted from their apartments because they couldn't pay the rent.

I don't think there is a reason he dosen't take pictures except he is just one of those people that dosen't take pictures. Plain and simple. Like a couple of people have said, it's not to be safe. I'm sure Constant and Simon and the team would be good enough to updateand continue to rune RS. If safety was an issue, they would all be hiding their faces.
