jjrox32
Maybe one of your friends was moving it on purpose. I know when I was younger that I used to force it to go where I wanted to scare my girly friends. And it was always the girls that got spooked. 13 year old girls are much more sensitive to things like this and their beliefs are stronger than the average male. Your story is anecdotal, there is no such thing as ghosts, ouija boards are nothing but games, tarot cards don't work, psychics don't exist and mediums are frauds I agree with most of that, unless you live in the world of Second Sight. Tigra00
Hmm your house looks like its on a slant or something :ohnoes: No, the picture was just curved a little from the way I was holding it. Edit: Oh, and I like how everyone is saying it's just a blur from someone walking by. That could be a very valid argument if toddlers often walked by themselves down the street, stopping to pose for pictures (considering she's facing the camera). But alas, they do not. Now, I'm not saying "OMG ITS A GHOST STFU!" but you kinda' have to look at all aspects of it, you can't just dismiss it as something pictures are USUALLY dismissed as. I also don't think it's a double-exposure because nothing else in the picture is double-exposed. Everything else in it is perfectly clear. You're expecting me to think that only the little girl was double-exposed into this picture from another picture, and nothing else? Sorry, I'd sooner believe in ghosts than the chances of that happening. :P I dunno' what it is. We just refer to it as "The little ghost girl" because once all that stuff in my house started happening, we saw this picture and it kinda' went together. The popularity of any given religion today depends on the victories of the wars they fought in the past. - Me!
sour_tacos
Cool and creepy all at the same time! I love scaring myself with ghosts and such. I get nightmares, but I can't stop watching Ghost Hunters and stuff like that.
WokNGo
thanks alot to every 1 now im jumpy and freaking out at every sound i hear. good job you have just scared a 13 year old boy. :? I'm thirteen. Man, this stuff isn't even scary. If you want scary, let's start a murder-under-your-bed topic.
MyPurpleCrayon
Not the mention that fact that most of the people who are mentioning "double exposure" obviously don't know much about photography. The girl would have had to remain standing, but just moved a few inches, for the picture to be the way it was. If a toddler walked up during the picture, stood, then walked away, you would be able to see her entire line of travel. I think that the family wouldn't use a picture with a random girl in it as their family picture. I dunno, seems pretty convincing to me. Ghost: I am prejudice towards ignorance, so that would explain why I appear to be so.

Myridden
Weird picture. :o Though, it could of been an accident to. I believe theres should be, or atleast was a ghost in my house. a year ago when my mom got her digital camera for her birthday, I noticed one picture had a little glowy ball floating around in it, later one I took pictures of the same spot in different angles and the floating thing was there in all of them, my dad just dismissed it as dust on the lense. (Though the rest of the pictures were fine) I've never been one to believe in ghosts, but the floating, glowing point-sized ball of light has been a common phenomenom in regards to ghost hunting :-k . I dont think those glowing balls (immature laugh) means that there is a ghost haunting, because every single time I take a picture of my friends, or my house, or my family, there are glowing balls. I think it has to do with the light or something. Creepy picture though "I am free of all prejudices. I hate every one equally." -W. C. speedofsound
Well I hope shes a freindly ghost! I see her clearly and although I'm still spectacle I can clearly make out the girl. Far out :ohnoes: You can't ever find a place that's nice and peaceful, because there isn't any. You may think there is, but once you get there, when you're not looking, somebody'll sneak up and write "(bleep) you" right under your nose. Try it sometime. I think, even, if I ever die, and they stick me in a cemetery, and I have a tombstone and all, it'll say "Holden Caulfield" on it, and then what year I was born and what year I died, and then right under that it'll say "(bleep) you." Chocobodude0
That's a cool pic, I think that ghost would fall under the Poltergeist section of kinds of ghosts, since it can be a trouble maker, but isn't evil or anything like that. And no, I woould never sell that pic to eBaumsworld.com, they'd probably steal and call it theirs anyways.

Diesel
All opinions about ghosts and the spiritual world aside, that's a pretty interesting picture. I've always found visual trickery very interesting. Real or not real. If this is just another example of visual trickery, then it just shows how easily the human mind can be tricked into believing something. I for one have always believed to have seen things in the corner of my eye. Now most of the time there was a logical explanation for everything that I saw. Of course there were other times where there wasn't. :ohnoes: As for my belief in ghosts and other unexplainable things of that matter, I believe that if ghosts exist, they are either 1. confused about how to pass over. 2. Have unfinished things to do. 3. Are a "spiritual guide" to help you along in your life. This little girl probably falls in the first 2. trunksrs I would love to see the Civil War pic if you have it... IGoddessI
I'm unsure what my stance is on the paranormal but I am still questioning things as I have had a lot of experiences that have led me to asking questions. Please keep in mind I'm perfectly sane :P I've woken up and felt something tapping my foot and there has been nothing there. I've felt something that felt like a warm hand touching my face when I've been reading a book and there's been nothing there. I've seen something myself in which I'm still questioning if it was real. My old house was made from wood, I had a dream that a ghost came out of a square in our lounge room and the next morning a square shape had been made, nobody in my family knows how it got there. I've been alone in the house with my bag zipped up and I heard my keys plonk on the bench. My keys were in my zipped up bag, my bag was still zipped up and my keys were now on the bench. I've been alone downstairs in my old house doing the laundry and heard running up the stairs (loud running footsteps) and no one has been home. When my friend passed away my computer restarted and signed into my msn with his photo in my display picture. I had not used it in there before or clicked the option to sign in msn automatically. I've walked into my room (no one else in the house) and my wardrobe doors have been wide open when I shut them just minuets before. I don't know what to make of it other than be open-minded about it. The question of why electron streams act differently when being observed also leaves me with an open-mind. The only people who tell you that you can't do something are those who have already given up on their own dreams so feel the need to discourage yours. Myridden
Well yeah the ghost is a little girl, that means she died young. Echofish
I'm extremely paranoid of seeing the word 'ghost' in any internet page since my bro pranked me by sending me a shocker flash (stare at some hallway and then a ghost lady pops up) I had to check whether the image was a gif too :P That is well freaky...
