What are you hobbies?

Featured Replies

Hey guys,

Well, as the title says really, what are you hobbies?

Its because im looking for a new hobby really, and believe it or not, ive looked at lots of different ones on the internet, and none really truely dedicate me enough.

So can you share you hobbies or passtimes. Not things like football, I mean like things that you can do without much (like for football, you need space, outdoors, a football, a goal, etc...)

Thanks! ::'

Just video games now mainly. Oh, and I work out almost everyday.

....Uhhh...I used to skate and snowboard all the time...

The popularity of any given religion today depends on the victories of the wars they fought in the past.

- Me!

Gaming, art, programming (honestly though I haven't in forever, want to but a bit lazy). Uhh... trolling forums too? :uhh: :ohnoes:

My hobbies...

Skating

Football

Hanging out with friends

Surfing TIF

And hopefully it can be surfing soon. I'm about to go surfing in about 45 minutes and hopefully I don't bust my [wagon].

You asked what our hobbies were, we told you.

I don't see the problem here.

Yes, but I was asking so that I could get some ideas of what I could do. And I distinctly said not football.

It doesnt matter anyway, I dont want to start an arguement.

Not much to be honest. As you get older there's less time for hobbies.

I suppose watching and collecting films/dvds could be considered a hobby. While I enjoy going out to parties or chilling with mats, that's hardly considered a hobby.

I used to fly R/C planes and helicopters though, that's a good hobby, havnt done it for a number of years though.

Having Flying Lessons ..Id Love to be a pilot and have lessons is soo fun

Playing my guitar, though I'm still pretty crap at it

Ultra Unholy,

Hearted Machine...

Playing guitar, clubbing (if that counts?), and some less legal things.

La lune ne garde aucune rancune.

It really has

Right now I waste my time on:

Weightlifting (dad just bought a bench press this week, so we've got one conveniently at home now :) . Guna need it, seeing as how I can only bench 110 [10 reps], at 17  ).

Teaching myself Japanese. Got dictionaries and online sources to use. It's hard to teach it to myself, and I only started this summer, but I've got more free time than I can handle. So much fun to insult my sisters in a different language... :-w

Anything and everything to do with Fullmetal Alchemist and Bleach. Reading manga, watching AMV's on Youtube, watching it on Adult Swim (thank you lord, FMA is back on!), everything :P .

Er, Xbox... Chromehounds and GRAW2 mainly.

Reading a book on String theory, the elegant universe.

Sketching. It's not uncommon for me to stay up to 4AM practicing and drawing :-w .

Tricking. I'm working on getting longer jumps (practice and using weights to get stronger muscles), getting a fluent backflip and frontflip, holding a handstand for one minute and a one-handed handstand for twenty seconds, and backwards handsprings. Those are my summer goals anyways :) .

Just trying to keep myself from getting bored this summer :-w . Hey, I'll probably never have this kind of free time in the future, so why not use it :) ?

[if you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or

by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.]

Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series.

Swimming is fun :D

but not in the cold icy waters of lake huron when a storm is about to hit :uhh:

Happy to find I'm not the only one who eats glass.

Runescape, the game called Gaga, (Real one not computer), playing Frisbee with my dog if it isn't too hot out...

Your name is "bet you fail", and you're starting a business with your mom? I'm not even going to touch that.....

Swimming, bass guitar, frisbee golf.

Noted raw mackerel drop... Wtfh?

Always buying: Watermelon seeds, 2K each. Strawberry seeds, 800 each. Contact Via PM on forums.

Not in order.

1. Psychology - When I'm not studying it, I read about it, I research it, I volunteer with it, I live it, I breathe it. It's an obsession.

2. Reading books - Things I find intriguing, such as: Quantum physics, human behaviour, thoughts, languages, eastern religion, cultures, motorbikes, tattoos etc

3. Writing poetry - I've been writing for 10 years and it's not like you haven't noticed by now my replies are very descriptive.

4. Dream building - All over my walls, mirror, cupboard, doors are my dreams. Ever since I was 12 years old when I saw something I wanted, I put a picture of it up on my wall. When I get it, I take it down and replace it with something else. I move them around each day to keep me motivated and determined.

5. Walking - I love being in nature, with my ipod, a comfortable pair of walking shoes and just think and walk.

6. Being in nature - I can sit there without speaking all day, admiring and appreciating waterfalls, mountains, the beach, the stars, the rain forest, the lake etc

7. Photography - I have a good eye for photography, I see the beauty that most people don't when taking a photograph.

8. Meditation - It has taught me patience, relaxation, calmness, acceptance and keeps me a positive, happy person.

9. Motivational speaking - I love to change peoples lives in a significant way that helps them move forward and to find their life purpose. You can think of me metaphorically like a guardian angel, which comes in to your life when things are all down hill fixes your broken wings and makes you fly again.

10. Helping the kids, I volunteer with children who have autism, spend time with the ones who have mental and health issues like self esteem problems, eating disorders and depression etc I also raise money for freedom wheels, so that kids with disabilities can ride custom made bikes.

The only people who tell you that you can't do something are those who have already given up on their own dreams so feel the need to discourage yours.

Try ballroom dancing, quiet fun.

How about coin collecting?

Join the school bowling club.

Trial and debate anyone?

And if that doesn't work try what teh guy above me says lol

Ballroom dancing, I found was extremely fun! I did it for a couple of years at the end of my primary school/beginning of high school years.

You will get to dance with lots of girls
