I do believe anyone can kill that level 86 monster, regardless of whether or not you completed the quest. I know that when I did it, I had a friend help me kill it (Though I had to get the last hit in to have it count).

One of my friends is level 3 skiller, and there was a glitch (still may be) where if you go into the boss room, and get them to spawn for you, a friend can kill them, and it counts as you killing them.

 

Yeah, the room where you fight Nazastarool is Multi-combat, so someone can come along and kill him. When I did the quest, someone who was doing it with me attacked the first form and ran out.

It's not that hard, really. Just bring one or more friends with you to protect you on your way to Nazastarool. Bring food and recoils, your friend should bring some aswell. Let your friend attack Naz up to the point where Naz is almost dead. That's where you step in and kill it with recoil hits. It also helps a lot if your friend casts Vengeance and weaken spells on Naz. Hope that cleared things up.

99% of the level 3 skillers level slayer with genies (and certain quests).

 

or a combination because lamps give too little xp and there arent many quests than give slayer xp that level 3 skillers can do.

Trust me, you'd be better off just leveling with genies. I have a level 3 skiller myself, and genies are definately the way to go.

I have a friend that can access shilo that is level 3, his name is pioneere or pionerre, don't exactly remember the spelling, and he beat shilo village quest. He had a friend weaken the monster attack and strength (the magic spells), and recoiled them.

Well, he is just a great skiller. There are certain limitations though. A skiller can't possibly finish Monkey Madness, can they?

I have a level 3 friend skiller who beat Shilo Village with help from his other friends. It's possible.

His friends might have casted venegance and carries spare food and uses healing lunar spells etc, while the lvl 3 used food and recoild :)

Yes, but he only needs to do 1 damage to poision it. Then he can just sit back until the poision wears off. The most damage he will have to do per monster is 3. That means 9 damage total, which is 36 exp. And he can switch attack styles with different monsters, meaning he will get a total of 12 exp per skill. Not enough to gain a cb lvl. And as stated before, a friend can cast weaken and stuff a crud load of times till the monster has really low def, and cant do enough damage.

That would be way too risky because you can get KO'd if you don't have a friend that weakens the monsters. And 36exp is still a lot of combat experience for a level 3.
