He couldn't be wearing naval at lvl 3 because the requirements through quests to play Trouble brewing are:

 

 

 

30 range for Chompy Hunting quest

 

20 strength for Zogre Flesh Eaters

 

47 prayer and 42 slayer for Rum Deal

 

40 range for Cabin Fever

 

 

 

 

 

With these requirements he would over lvl 3

Why would you eat a food that heals 20 when you have 10 HP? That's just a waste. Tuna or Salmon are great for level 3s because they heal close to 10 HP at once.

He could have brought a friend along with Lunars and had him cast Vengance on him a bunch of times. Faster than recoils.

Ugh doing Shilo Village on a level 3 not impossible, it's just hard. Infact, even I've done it on my skill pure, all you need to beat the monsters is a recoil ring and lots of tunas :P

You don't need 40 range..

you just need a few recoils and food and a friend to weaken the monster for you.

 

 

 

also, a friend who can cast vengeance will help a lot.

So many people who have no clue what there talking about on this thread.

One of my friends is level 3 skiller, and there was a glitch (still may be) where if you go into the boss room, and get them to spawn for you, a friend can kill them, and it counts as you killing them.

Unless there's actually prayer/combat requirements, I'd say it's fairly easy to do so with rings of recoil, food, and vengeance. How many hitpoints can a level 86 boss have? Probably less than 100 to my count. So 3 rings of recoil is more than enough, especially coupled with vengeance. The rest is just eating tons of Salmon. (You only have 10 HP. There's no reason to eat food that heals 10 or more since if you were missing 10 HP you'd be dead.)

People in RSC would do the quest, and the get stat-wiped. You get stat-wiped kind of in the same way you get blackmarks today I guess. Everything is reset to 1 (or 10 for HP). But you get to keep your quests, so you could get into the legends guild like that. :D Jagex doesn't do that anymore, they just ban.

I have a level 4 skiller friend who is able to fish in Shilo. He was very proud when he was let in, so I assume it's simply just very hard for the low levels (considering the quest they must complete).

You used to be able to have a friend do all the damage on the monster, then finish it, and you could finish quest.

 

 

 

It was ridiculously hard, and you needed a bunch of good friend to help kill monsters so they didn't 1-hit you.

perhaps a friend cast vengeance and heal other on him :uhh:
