Nabbagad
he was wearing like that handbag and that naval stuff and was talking back to me :-s He couldn't be wearing naval at lvl 3 because the requirements through quests to play Trouble brewing are: 30 range for Chompy Hunting quest 20 strength for Zogre Flesh Eaters 47 prayer and 42 slayer for Rum Deal 40 range for Cabin Fever With these requirements he would over lvl 3 So I don't know what you mean by naval? Lunar_Drifter
he finished quest with probably a lot of tunas Lmfao. The point is he can't hit on an 86, not the food aspect. And there are much better foods then tuna lolz. Maybe a jagex mod? Why would you eat a food that heals 20 when you have 10 HP? That's just a waste. Tuna or Salmon are great for level 3s because they heal close to 10 HP at once. Lolz. Retired Tip.It Mod || Admin and Founder of Caesar 3 Mod Squad! All are welcome! fat_klutz
Pies and Pizzas are better, heal more but smaller intervals. Would a cannon work? If you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature. ^^^At least I'm not the only crazy one
cowmasta13
He could have brought a friend along with Lunars and had him cast Vengance on him a bunch of times. Faster than recoils.
phantom1
its impossible, he must have gained levels to kill the monsters! so not lvl 3 anymore! ~rirlak the supreme~

coza_17
Ugh doing Shilo Village on a level 3 not impossible, it's just hard. Infact, even I've done it on my skill pure, all you need to beat the monsters is a recoil ring and lots of tunas :P
Ltje
Pies and Pizzas are better, heal more but smaller intervals. Would a cannon work? u need 40 ranged for a cannon leveling range with genie lamps? 40 range will level up your combat. ;-) Anyway, pretty good if you can do it at lvl 3. Kudos for that. :) Retired. Thus
you just need a few recoils and food and a friend to weaken the monster for you. also, a friend who can cast vengeance will help a lot.

Wisp
One of my friends is level 3 skiller, and there was a glitch (still may be) where if you go into the boss room, and get them to spawn for you, a friend can kill them, and it counts as you killing them. Samsam
Isn't there a picture of a level 3 in the legends guild kicking about somewhere? I thought sometime in RSC you could do quests without getting exp, maybe I saw a fake :| But yea, I did the quest at level 70 and I thought it was insanely hard (Back in the day :-s ) So a level 3 to do it must be unimaginable
Soma2035
Unless there's actually prayer/combat requirements, I'd say it's fairly easy to do so with rings of recoil, food, and vengeance. How many hitpoints can a level 86 boss have? Probably less than 100 to my count. So 3 rings of recoil is more than enough, especially coupled with vengeance. The rest is just eating tons of Salmon. (You only have 10 HP. There's no reason to eat food that heals 10 or more since if you were missing 10 HP you'd be dead.) Want to learn to Nex? The Nex Hunters are recruiting! You get stat-wiped kind of in the same way you get blackmarks today I guess. Everything is reset to 1 (or 10 for HP). But you get to keep your quests, so you could get into the legends guild like that. :D Jagex doesn't do that anymore, they just ban. ~Lunar Retired Tip.It Mod || Admin and Founder of Caesar 3 Mod Squad! horseathlete
Actually, I know this is possible. I have a level 4 skiller friend who is able to fish in Shilo. He was very proud when he was let in, so I assume it's simply just very hard for the low levels (considering the quest they must complete). superson
he was wearing like that handbag and that naval stuff and was talking back to me :-s You used to be able to have a friend do all the damage on the monster, then finish it, and you could finish quest. It was ridiculously hard, and you needed a bunch of good friend to help kill monsters so they didn't 1-hit you. In Soviet Russia, glass eats OTers. Alansson Alansson, woo woo woo!
