A freaking Dragon Cane with a Dragonstone gem.The spec will simply your character equiping a glove and beachslapping the enemy, who will break down and do the Cry emote for 10 seconds straight.

July 20, 200719 yr I guess it's possible if he used about 27 recoil rings and 1000+ purple sweets :shock:. Completing shilo village quest is possible for a lvl 3, just insanely hard. Imagine getting a fire cape at lvl 43 (it's been done). It's probably that hard... well maybe not THAT hard, but still very difficult. and there is no 10 prayer requirement Proud owner of a Quest cape!

July 20, 200719 yr I've seen a lvl 3 in shilo before and I asked how, he said it glitched. So I dunno, maybe there was a glitch for a while and a few lvl 3s got through. It is possible though, he definately wasn't a bot.

Yes, the quest is somewhere near impossible, but it can be done by a level 3. You just need a lot of help from friends ;) So, no glitch. Just 1 of the best players in Runescape
July 20, 200719 yr I do believe anyone can kill that level 86 monster, regardless of whether or not you completed the quest. I know that when I did it, I had a friend help me kill it (Though I had to get the last hit in to have it count).
July 20, 200719 yr There are a few level 3's that can get into shilo, it's possible to do the quest...just very difficult. very difficult.
July 20, 200719 yr Just rings of recoil and some friends to bring food, it isnt really that hard if you use your brain just once.
July 20, 200719 yr It's not a glitch, it's possible to do the quest as a level 3. You do need a higher level to help you out though. I know plenty of skillers that have access to Shilo, most of them wanted a better fishing spot.
July 20, 200719 yr I saw a lvl 3 in shilo in my fishing days at shilo. Although it never occured to me to think about the quest and them. lol. This is impressive though, unless what someone previously said and you can get your friends to kill the monsters to low hp, then finish them off with recoil? That was probably the glitch.

July 20, 200719 yr Why not? Like others has said, vegeance and recoils will work, he probably took some stackable food like sweets a previous poster has mentioned. Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.
July 20, 200719 yr maybe they got teled by sandwich lady into their.it happens with lvl3's in the prayer guild.btw the undead ones rather than the boss are harder than concrete because they explode and leave this weakening gas.
July 20, 200719 yr ive seen a lv 3 in shilo before he used tunas and recoil rings, and he died 39 times trying I'm gonna be walking down an alley in varrock, and walka is going to walk up to me in a trench coat and say "psst.. hey man, wanna buy some sara brew"walka92- retired with 99 in attack, strength, defence, health, magic, ranged, prayer and herblore and 137 combat. some day i may return to claim 138 combat, but alas, that time has not yet come

Let alone a lvl 3 doing some harder quests to get access to the minigame. No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug.
