July 12, 200916 yr I guess it isn't technically going around the censor  Hey if you ever get banned for doing something like that, just reference this example, call them hypocrites, and nullify their argument against you. "You did it and you're in charge, so it sets an example that justifies me doing it." Actually that wouldn't nullify the argument since it commits the fallacy of Ad Hominem. Instead of creating an argument in your defense you simply point out what the other person's bad points are. :D But in this case, it isn't between two equals. It's between a superior (Jagex) and an inferior (you). Since the superior is supposed to set an example, anything the superior does is ok for the inferior to do. It is for this reason that Jagex doesn't ban you for being subtle ;) Also, I really really loved that examine. Seldom saw something this subtle in Runescape. Subtle enough to even make a tip.it-member not get it :P

Doesn't matter if it's inferior or superior, the fallacy of Ad Hominem still applies. Attacking the credibility of another person/entity to defend yourself invalidates your argument. "He could climb to it, if he climbed alone, and once there he could suck on the pap of life, gulp down the incomparable milk of wonder."
