"You did it and you're in charge, so it sets an example that justifies me doing it." Actually that wouldn't nullify the argument since it commits the fallacy of Ad Hominem. Instead of creating an argument in your defense you simply point out what the other person's bad points are. :D But in this case, it isn't between two equals. It's between a superior (Jagex) and an inferior (you). Since the superior is supposed to set an example, anything the superior does is ok for the inferior to do. It is for this reason that Jagex doesn't ban you for being subtle ;) Also, I really really loved that examine. Seldom saw something this subtle in Runescape.
