Press it, open up MS Paint, press "Paste".

I'm simply bumping this thread because this is the time of year when players most often change their appearance in game. There are a bunch of awesome ideas in here and it shouldn't go to waste. You sir, must not know the forum rules very well. If I make another topic about this, it will get shut down and referenced back to an already existing topic (aka THIS ONE). You should really engage the brain before you post.
