I think they will fix his stats and i think it was just a glitch and he didnt hack into the servers or any of that. Not only that, there were classes: mage, warrior, adventurer, ranger, and miner; however, the lowest combat level was still 3. I believe the miner class was the lowest with 1, 1, 1, 10. And when Jagex stat whipes, they whipe your stats to 1, 1, 1, 10. They still stat whipe now and send you back to tutorial island.
