That means that he probably glitched something during the creation of the account a long time ago(im guessing). Or it could be a jagex mod who simply removed to crown from his name just for the kicks? When I started RS you could pick your class: Either ranger, mage, warrior, adventurer, miner and one other class I believe (Can't remember for sure). I should know. He has done a lot of quests but not that one so I dont know how he could have gotten in there unless the picture is fake? Maybe not i did dragon slayer when i was lvl 26 (last quest for me) so I can't recall what gets you into the champions guild.
