Well it comes before the part about the God wars dungeon and usually they put them in chronological order. Maybe this is what was supposed to be updated the week that everyone went crazy.

Whats not to say that they didnt change up the looks several times of the God Wars Dungeon before it was realised. :wink:

Be thankful; you got the God Wars Dungeon; arguably the most massive, graphically intensive, and largest content-addition in a while. Maybe they had it planned, but something came up with the GWD and they had to reschedule things.. Just wait.

Because they were finishing up on god wars and didn't have time to get it out I assume?

 

 

 

This is why behind the scenes should just completely be scrapped, people seem to feel like jagex HAVE to have it out if they announce it, it's not allowed to be late at all.. :? I assume it'll just be added in sometime next month.

And they could have done that without announcing it. It's not like everyone searches examines all the time lol

 

 

 

Anyway, thye might be late... it's not a big deal anyway.

I heard somewhere on this board that the examines for Third Age armour have been upgraded, something like, "Made of the finest White Dragon-hide!"

(BTW, I'm not whinging about the lack of Wilderness Tag in the game, I'm just making a point.)

Some of the updates seem to come in the next month if they can't fit them in, its nothing really to stress about :)

Yes, I totally agree. It removes a lot of the surprise out of the updates and I have the feeling it only makes people moaning.

First, this whole examine items update could actually be in the game right now as a hidden update. They've done that sometimes; they announce a minor update to items and such in BTS but release them later as a hidden update.

 

 

 

Another possible conclusion could be they could update it either today or tomorrow, those dates still falling in the month of August.

 

 

 

Oh by the way, in response to the quote I quoted; Behind the scenes are always released the first day of the month, with the exception of that day being a weekend date, then they will release it the first weekday. I believe that is how it works.

I suspect it has been added as a hidden update, it being not "thaat" important to be mentioned on the main RS page.

Yes it's been added as a hidden update, if you go to KQ for example, you see that your screen goes darker.

Notice cwars etc got a slightly new look as did all the other "dangerous" places, just wasn't announced
