They part of the Rfd quest. ~ColossuS~ And you can use them to get +6 in a skill but this is updated a month ago or so Sorry to break it to you but when i done this part of the RFD quest about 6 months ago i was combining the spice containers. August 5, 200718 yr Med helms have been changed so you can see through the mouth/nose slit to the background. Check the Defence info ingame to see. All BUT the dragon medium. Wongton is better than me in anyway~~

August 7, 200718 yr in varrock library you can find a book called about the "dagon'hai." they were the zamorakian mages in varrock, and i think it is safe to say that they will feature in the new quest this month. it tells their story and also gives a very good indication of where the dungeon will be (by the statue of saradomin). just thought it was interesting, really. have told a few people about it and the books are untradable.
