The most expensive phat I could get with 250 mil, WHAT! I though 250mil was more than enough to get some old holiday drops. Prices are way too high. I think Jagex should delete them from the game (and give the people the money they wasted on them). So with phats out of the question, I would say full Barrows and whatever is left on construction.
