Normally, Jagex announces everything they plan to do in a month in the BTS. there is one thing they admitted to after Hunter, though - they won't announce a new skill early ever again.

Umm one thing some of the things came out already...THe new quest is out to let you know same day as BTH

I think there's been like 2 or 3 threads every single month this year about how some vague concept hints that there will be a new skill. Really, you're reading far too much into it. I'd be surprised if there was another skill this year.. but then again i dont know more than anyone else, jagex has a habit of springing surprises. I really don't think that we'll be able to predict a new skill throug this kind of speculation.. if it's going to come out then it will and it'll probably be a big surprise.

they gave us 2 sets of armor, 4 godswords, 4 bosses all above lvl 580+. and a pair of drag boots...honestly, this update alone could of covered up a whole month.

Indeed. If we got things as big as this as a single update per month, I'd certainly be satisfied. :)

I agree with everyone else. We don't need an update every single week of every month (although it is pretty nice :D ).

I have no Idea what the first line refers to... some future update for the desert, or maybe it's just talking about the Kalphite Queen (not likely, but whatever :P ).

 

The second line most likely refers to the postpnement of the archeology expedition thing.

 

No idea on the third or fourth linew.

 

This line might refer to a future ogre update... Or, it could just be something randomly thrown in. :XD:

 

The sixth line probably refers to the latest quest, "The Path of Glouphrie."

 

The last line is probably just some random thing that they threw in to make us wonder, but you never know. :P

I dont think so, why? Because august was loaded with updates, big ones. But jagex did say that they are planning to have at least 1 new skill a year, so it just might be soon.

You don't know how the updates are effected by holiday times. Most likely that the staff gets around 5 weeks of holiday each year. You hardly ever see that return in the amount of updates in the BTS.

 

 

 

I don't know what is going to happen at the end of this month, but I do see a gap in time opening up...

He is saying whether we willl get a big update this month or next, and i say next, just because i believe the altar will not be that big of a deal, and will wind up not being used much. Jagex has tried rcing rewards and updates multiple times, and the only time it worked was with the abyss..but people really took to that, so i don't know...

lol the second line is obviously about the New runecrafting altar.

god wars dungon and all the items you can get from there would do me for 3 months not just one

Either they will just leave out one week or do an out of the blue update like DFS and PC.
