You could have to start paying taxes to use the Internet soon. The existing internet tax moratorium is to end in November, but S. 156/H.R. 743 could make it permanent. Here is a way to for you to let Congress know that you don't want to pay taxes for using the Internet and tell them to make the tax moratorium permanent.

You can't tax the internet.

Impossible. You could tax access (ISPs) but not the internet itself. That's just stupid.

You can't do whatever you want with the population. People just would not accept the government taxing the internet.

Tax separate websites? That's irrational, if they do it, the amount of visitors will plummet, since no one will want to pay just to access a page on the internet.
