Why? I would just like some sort of thing to save spaces like (former) shop items at 0 stock So that i wouldn't collect dozens of talismans/tiaras so that they stay lined up.

Would be a very nice update, ANYTHING that sorta out my bank would be good. Its like a jungle in there, i dare not venture, sure i saw a lion in there, or was it that lazy cat, who knows :

i think it would be pretty cool if they let us make our own tabs

I'm pretty sure that they are making a new system right now as they've got tons of updates being worked on at the same time, and a bank revamp would take a lot of programing. Although I could be completely wrong. :-k

The tabbed shop stocks looks like an experiment Jagex are doing with tabs, hopefully it leads to tabbed banking ^^

I saw a proposed new banking system someone made, with customizable tabs and everything, it also had an ALL tab which would be the same as what we have now with the OPTION of using other tabs. If they implement something like this everyone wins.

 

Really these changes are long overdue its odd more people haven't complained about ALL of the interfaces we use every time we play.

If this happens later this year, ill be so happy and wont care if that is the only good update that they had all month

I really hope they will update the banking, but you are overlooking one critical point, when they changed the shops they could just program how they wanted them to work and reset all the shops to infinite and zero stock

 

 

 

BUT

 

 

 

If they want to change the bank programming, they will have to do that WITHOUT any kind of flaw, all the banking orders, items and amounts will have to stay the same, so the changing from this (old) bank system to the next one will certainly alot, and I mean alot, more trickier than the shops

I think tabbed banking is the way to go especially if they implement an "All" tab like the other guy said.

 

 

 

On the armour and weapons tabs they could have a button at the bottom allowing you to group items automatically too. It could group as sets i.e. All iron, steel, mith, rune, dragon would be automatcially grouped together with one click. You could also choose to sort (asc, desc) alphabetically, by value, or by highest stat modifier.

Yes! It would! But I don't like jumping to conclusions everywhere though, give it time, sooner or later Jagex will come to Tipit and look at the bank format, yell "Z0mg this r gud!" and they will implant it into the game.How long to wait? I dunno:/

I tried sorting out my bank last week and it was a disaster #-o

about that bank sorting thing, try the "insert" option, instead of the swap... it places the item just in front of the item youre hovering over with the item you want to place there

 

 

 

but to stay ontopic, i think theyre already working on that for a long time, but they cant just magicly create random categories

Oh I'm sure it's on the way, and hopefully its tabbed! But it kills me that it hasn't been implemented in the game already. I wait in anticipation for every Behind the Scenes article, hoping for a game update like this.

Tabbed bank would be great. I spend too much time searching my bank, tidying my bank, rebuying stuff I threw away, rebuying stuff I have in bank but couldn't find.
