If you go directly south, you will not be in the range of any Bandos creatures.

And when getting my KC for Armadyl, I always use emerald bolts now, can get like six of them poisoned at once, and then focus on one at a time to kill them even faster. Don't know if that's been stated, but sure works well.

I only took a RoL on the first trip because I wanted to ensure I had my footing without worry. After you get your footing, wear the wealth or a combat ring. ex: warriors ring, zerker.

dw bout ring of wealth i found that without it i got more addy bar drops

Well, i wear this set of equips and i find it works best for me.

 

 

 

full void ranged, fury, rangers boots, accumulator, a row and a rune xbow with addy bolts.

 

 

 

 

 

Theres also another thing that i feel that should be corrected,

 

if you have 40 def, youd be better off wearing a dhide body WITH a monk robe bottom instead of the other way round, since both the monk robe top and bottom have the same prayer bonus (6).

Very well written guide, and I too have kill aviansie for money. They are quite good money, however I have a way where you don't need to use prayor potions. This helps give you maximum profit form your drops

 

Equipment:

 

Verac Helm

 

Ava's Accumulator

 

Holy Symbol/Unholy Symbol or Sara/Zammy Stole

 

300 mithril bolts or better

 

Rune C'bow

 

Karil's Leathertop or Black d'hide top

 

Zammy/Sara book depending on amulet

 

Verac Plateskirt

 

Barrows Gloves

 

Dragon Boots

 

Wealth.

 

 

 

In your inventory, all you have to bring is 3 airs, 3 fires, and 3 law runes, then the rest with food.

 

 

 

Then just kill away, same stradegy as yours, you just use prayor when you're being teamed. I find this to profit more. Hope it helps.

I'm trying to get the bone bolts and dorgreshun cross bow but no one is selling them. Is there anywhere to buy them?

don't use dorg bow w/ bone bolts

 

 

 

if you use mith bolts, you will get 40-50 more kills in the same time as dorg bow

 

ie i was getting 275-300 kills with bone bolts at 60 pray and 75 range

 

if i use mith bolts i'll get about 350 kills

 

50 kills = about 45 addy bars which makes up for the money lost on mith bolts and then some along with other drops

 

not to mention the 50 more kills = that much more exp in that same amount of time

This is my second trip ever (did first on my mac book... no idea how to screenshot in mac lol; it was around 480 kills).

 

 

 

 

 

 

My setup is pretty much ideal, though armadyl legs would be slightly better.

This is the set-up I'm using right now on my first trip. Let's see how it goes.

 

 

 

A saradomin mitre+fury would actually be better. Why do you have a guthix mitre?

 

 

 

 

 

To be honest, I find tanking here is more effective than praying.

Yeah, it is best to have the highest prayer bonus possible but you need a sufficient ranged bonus aswell else you will have very bad accuracy and not get nearly as many killed.

1. Karils has the same attack bonus as black d hide so if you want the extra ranged attack bonus take that, but i prefer monks robe top as i last longer with the extra pray bonus.

 

2. Duh, did you even read the guide? :P

 

3. No point in a rune kite because you're praying and taking no damage, the prayer and ranged bonuses on the book are best.

 

4. Zamorak book and saradomin mitre.

 

5. Death Plateau quest.

I swear these have been nerfed as far as addy bar drops go.
