I'm having a terrible trip -.- 325 kills, 252 addy bars and 173k cash from alching. :evil: is it just my luck or have drop rates changed :-s ? I'm wearing wealth, but last trip it was a big help, not a curse.

First Trip there, I went in super nooby gear and this was the result. Spent about 150k on gear and make like 500k in about an hour!

Thx Buddy, I went for maybe 45 mins to check it out, I used about 3-4 Ppots and i got about 80 addy bars and alched many things. This is a very good guide thx :mrgreen:

From what i've heard and from the kills i just did i don't think they've been nerfed... You're probably just on an addy bar dry streak which is qutie common.

im on my 2nd dry trip so far...first 2 trips were very good, then 3rd was about 380 kills and 300bars, this trip is 76 kills 56 bars :evil: firts 2 trips were all above 1:1 drop rate, and 2nd was 415 or so kills and 450 or so bars

They haven't. It's just been unlucky for you or something, because I'm getting close to 1:1 drops from them, even after 2 weeks (and counting) of going there. I Have ~6.3k bars now hehe.

i brought a wealth with me on my 3rd trip.

 

 

 

i had 4 or 7 pots left with 200 addy bars and 96k cash. but it's really annoying when you are wearing a wealth and getting air rune drops, and i take it off and i get addy bars.

I don't think it's been nerfed. I was just there a few hours ago since I got spiritual mages as a slayer task. After my slayer task I headed over to the avansies and killed around 100 of them and came out with around 140 addy bars. I was killing the level 130s+ as well as the lvl 69 ones. Also got a lot of rune daggers which I alched.

 

All in all, it was a pretty profitable trip considering I also had 3 D Boot drops. :D

There can be more than one guide on something, have you seen the amount of Barrows guides or money-making guides out there? His guide is better than yours anyway...

There can be more than one guide on something, have you seen the amount of Barrows guides or money-making guides out there? His guide is better than yours anyway...

 

 

 

Competiton should be welcomed. :)

 

 

 

It encourges both guide holders to make their guide the best, and I'm sure the readers would love to see both guides improved.

I'm going to have to agree with those above me, you are being far too protective. Your reasoning for making a guide should be to help people, not for some silly fame that a sensible person could care less about. If you want to help people, you should be welcoming other guides and methods, instead of pushing them out of your spotlight.

 

 

 

In any case, you can't steal a piece of a language, it is not "your" word, despite it being the incorrect plural form of the word (I believe that's your arguement?). I could make up a word (Intelligent-Common-RS-Player for example :P ), that doesn't give me some sort of copyright over it. I'd be willing to bet that 99.9% don't even know the plural form of the word, hell even I can't (be bothered) remember it :wink: , making it's use illogical to an extent.

 

 

 

This whole ordeal is ridiculous in my opinion, it's about finding the right style for the users of the guide, and writing the guide is meant to be for a selfless cause.
