February 25, 201511 yr I've just gone through a good 5 pages and came to the conclusion that I no longer understand anything about what this game is about anymore. How difficult would it be to blend in again after a good 5 years of no play? No pic simply because I don't have any, lol. Yeah, there have been radical fundamental changes to RS gameplay, especially combat. Nevertheless, it's not too hard to jump back into things. Just ask lots of questions, and you'll learn quickly.
