November 13, 200718 yr surely theres got to be some kind of pattern like 83x100/whatever to get your next number and a another question when u reach 99 i know it says exp till next level but when u go past that exp mark does it change?? Dragon Drops: Platelegs x9, Med Helms x7, Plateskirts x4, Shield Left Half x3, At least 75+ Boots!, Hatchets x5, Ruined Shard x1, Solo Claws x2, Dragon 2Hander x1, Spear x2Whip x27, Dark Bows x9, Draconic Visage x1 <- do that when you see me :P
November 13, 200718 yr to your first question: it's called an equation, someone will post it here sooner or later. second question: no Lastfm
November 13, 200718 yr There is a formula yes, but it is exceedingly complicated. Nothing happens if you go over to 'level 100'. People have 200million exp and are still level 99... Also, should be in help & advice. Goals to get my skills back up to a barely respectable level on the high scores: Currently going for Bone to Peaches spell. It's amazing how boring doing the same repetitive task is! Stupid MTA

November 13, 200718 yr Author http://www.mirwoj.opus.chelm.pl/rs/index.php?pid=b04 Perhaps that will help you. hardly made heads or tails of that wasnt very straight forward but ty Dragon Drops: Platelegs x9, Med Helms x7, Plateskirts x4, Shield Left Half x3, At least 75+ Boots!, Hatchets x5, Ruined Shard x1, Solo Claws x2, Dragon 2Hander x1, Spear x2Whip x27, Dark Bows x9, Draconic Visage x1 <- do that when you see me :P
November 13, 200718 yr Unfortunaly the formula is fairly complex (at least for your average person, anyway) so you aren't likely to find it anywhere with a "simple" explanation of it. Also, as regards to your comment on the "XP to next level" message after level 99, in the past once you passed the level 100 XP mark it simply stayed there, no matter how much XP you had. The new skills interface has removed that now, however. If you have 99 in a skill it just tells you your current level and XP. To hell with humanity; The more I see, the less I believe.
November 13, 200718 yr Not that i understand it. You should note that L = level. Therefore, its a series whereby: if you want, say level 60. then you want to put x=1 into the equation and get a result. then put x=2 into the equation and add the two together. Then add the result when x=3 etc....until you get to x=59. There is probably some formula that makes it a lot quicker, but I can't think of it. As it stands, its much easier to design a program to compute the XP needed.
November 13, 200718 yr as above posters said very complicated. P.S. way to steal unbeaten's sig smapla
November 13, 200718 yr Also, the amount needed for the next level increases by about 10% each level When a true genius appears in the world, you may know him by this sign, that the dunces are all in confederacy against him. ~Jonathan SwiftWebsite Updates/Corrections here. November 13, 200718 yr If you want to test that formula, all the correct numbers are on the XP Table. Or, you could try to come up with your own formula that fits the answers. ;-) PvP is not for meIn the 3rd Year of the BoycottReal-world money saved since FT/W: Hundreds of DollarsReal-world time saved since FT/W: Thousands of Hours

November 13, 200718 yr Not that i understand it. It's actually like this: "Floor" simply refers to the largest integer less than or equal to whatever value is in the brackets. So if you have 82.8, 'floor' makes it 83. Inside the brackets you have sigma notation, which is just a summation. It's really not that complicated :-s

November 14, 200718 yr Here is the exponential equation: Y = 84.9e^1.23*10^-8X Y: Your level X: Your experience This isnt the exact equation though.. i have just done it to 3 significant figures. Hope this helps u more than those equations posted before, they may be a little more complex :XD: 9,190th to 99 WoodCutting - 10/11/0724,262nd to 99 Magic - 30/1/09

November 14, 200718 yr Runescape itself doesn't rank people higher than level 99. However, you continue to accumulate XP. Using the formula provided, it's easy to extrapolate levels: 100 14,391,160 101 15,889,109 102 17,542,976 103 19,368,992 104 21,385,073 105 23,611,006 106 26,068,632 107 28,782,069 108 31,777,943 109 35,085,654 110 38,737,661 111 42,769,801 112 47,221,641 113 52,136,869 114 57,563,718 115 63,555,443 116 70,170,840 117 77,474,828 118 85,539,082 119 94,442,737 120 104,273,167 121 115,126,838 PvP is not for meIn the 3rd Year of the BoycottReal-world money saved since FT/W: Hundreds of DollarsReal-world time saved since FT/W: Thousands of Hours
November 14, 200718 yr A basic formula is you need double the xp you have to gain 6 or 7 levels. E.G ,from 60-66 attack requires the same xp as 1-60. this is just a rule of thumb, and not 100% accurate, but fairly close. November 14, 200718 yr I believe if you have a level (lets say 70) it will take enough to get from 0-70 than from 70-77

November 14, 200718 yr It's just simple maths..... I love the subtle elegance of max exp being 200m exp, which is just above what would be level 126 when you extrapolate the equation past 99
