What is up with them n00bs?

 

 

 

What pure pker constantly hits 28? Every single time I get attacked by a revenant knight 126 it hits above 25 on me, and I'm not a low level either.

 

Even actual mage warriors who have high mage levels haven't hit that much on me, so what makes these revenants so special?

 

 

 

And what allows a level 68 to hit 21 CONSTANTLY?

 

 

 

I'm lvl 100 and I'm luck if I constantly hit 21 even with a r2h.

 

 

 

It doesn't make any sense. We should be able to hit back with freezing darts and teleblock too on f2p if they can do it. The revenant system is way out of balance.

This is what they did. First they made a 99 str pure with 99 attack, then reduced toi combat 20 levels. Of course it also has 99 mage/range and probably some prayer. Then they gave it 99 defense and hitpoints. Im referring to the level 75 ones here. The level 126's max higher than the f2p max hit with r2h, potted and prayed, and tehy use spells unavailabel to us. My p2p account has little problem, but this account is.

Are you sure jagex gave them maxed stats? I wouldn't be surprised after fighting them a few times.

 

 

 

I feel sorry for lower levels. These things hit hard, constantly.

Yeah, it's like they made them all for p2p, but didn't adjust anything for the f2p ones. This doesn't affect me personally, but I have to say that it should be changed.

Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if they were over max. Why can they do all these spells and attack with all kinds of attacks in f2p? Our best defense from them is what, d'hide?

 

 

 

I'd rather have a maxed pker come after me, I died once in wildy to a pker, Ive already died 3 times to these through my normal routine.

EDIT: The "wilderness" makes up half of the f2p area, what do you expect, we never go there?

I think f2p revenants ought to be a bit easier. They should cast F2P spells and the sort, instead of ancients.. but should still teleblock.

 

 

 

I think they should have drops that makes them worth killing too. That way people will band together in Revenant killing trips and all go as a team to slaughter revenants together.

They really are overpowered for f2pers, while i can easily kill them on p2p with the right equipments, i can barely touch the higher lvl remnants on f2p.

I may not exactly be 'high level', but level 100 isn't 'low level' either, especially for a f2p player. ch00b.

They are difficult to say the least. I nearly died near the 40 wilderness limit just walking around aimlessly, and suddenly a 2-revant group swoops down and starts to own me. luckily i got out of there quickly.

Mining coal in the wilderness is getting tough. As if the Skeletons and Hobgoblins weren't annoying enough, now I have to deal with Revenants that are far more powerful than any player who has ever bothered me.

I wouldn't mind how good they are if they had better drops to be fair, they are really just a wast of time... just something to show wilderness is still a dangerous place which is fair enough.

Dark Beast revenants are a bit over powered with their 31-21 D Bow specs and their ice barrage -.-

I find quite unfair that the F2P Revenants are no weaker than the P2P Revenants as well. With these things hitting constant 15+s and F2P's best food is Swordfish healing a mere 14, it might even be considered a stroke of luck to escape one while in the free world.

I have been walking around for the past three hours, with a couple friends - killing revenants and doing all kinds of tests. Creating a guide for the forums, should be out within a week or so.

 

 

 

Have found a lot of what I think is helpful info.. but you don't need to do testings to figure out these guys hit fregen hard, and OFTEN.

Oh, how you are mistaken. The orcs are bad enough, but when im trying to train on greaters now (no more pkers, which is kinda sad), then I can hold off the hobgoblins to werewolves, and struggle with the orc, but have to bolt when one of those damn knights comes. I have decent f2p stats, and I am lucky if i can do any damage to them before getting killed.

When I was bored I at in the wild (p2p) by the Zammy mage for like an hour, and the only revenants I saw were: Goblin and Imp, I don't think there's any super high leveled ones at level 6 wild... Is there? :?

With the kind of defense mages have, it's already suicide to consider using magic against them even with, say, a rune chain and med (which I have found to be fairly effective defense for a mage in bounty hunters, but I digress).

In f2p i saw a level 126 not that far into the wildy about level 10-15

they are strong yeah, but I like trying to fight em/nearly dying.... I laugh afterwards :D but yeah i understand they are a bit strong. ( i saw the lvl 126 knight hitting 30 on a lvl 88. (in f2p, he had green dhide)
