May 6, 200521 yr Well summers creeping up, and I figured I'd start a rollercoaster thread. Post some good ones if youd like, or just discuss ones youve been on. Ill start by saying i live in central pennsylvania, and went on hershey parks and kennywood's rollercoasters, and i was looking for anyone who can reccomend something close to pennsylvania. Thanks
May 6, 200521 yr Rollercoasters are incredible :D It's not that close to CENTRAL pennsylvania... but it is in Pennsylvania... have you been to Dorney Park? It's not bad, but not amazing. I mean, a lot of people love it, but I think the coasters are overrated. There's only one good one that isn't wooden, and I can't stand wooden coasters. AND the non-wooden one doesn't even have loops, it just goes crazy fast. But Six Flags has some AMAZING ones :D Everybody hug and spread the love :D

May 6, 200521 yr Went on the Dragon Khan at Port Aventura, north of Barcelona in Spain when I was younger. Amazing Stuff. I wish I could go back!

May 6, 200521 yr I'm not too far from Cedar Point, which has some pretty awesome roller coasters. The Millenium Force is pretty cool, and the Top Thrill Dragster is amazingly fast at around 100+ mph. I still prefer Disney World's Space and Splash mountain roller coasters though. They're a lot more fun and entertaining in my opinion. I don't like getting too scared. :P

Even tho I don't like rollercoasters it's still fun going to Six Flags and enjoying the day. Btw: Sliverman where do you live in New Jersey, becuase I'm about 40 minutes away.
May 6, 200521 yr I went to Thorpe Park last week and had a blast. I hadn't been to a theme park since i was about 14 so this was pretty cool for me. Check out the site, it has pictures and videos of the rides. Kirk and Lars I could handle. At the same time.

I love thrill rides, really gets me excuted. May 6, 200521 yr Hmph. I was going to go to Thorpe Park with dusqi, but nooo... :( Dorney Park is in Allentown, Pennsylvania. And I'll be going to Six Flags NJ next Friday with my friends, YAY :D (I live in northern NJ) Everybody hug and spread the love :D
May 7, 200521 yr I spent a day in Universal (Orlando, FL.) and did The Hulk 6 times, and Dueling Dragons 16 times (8 fire, 8 ice). What an awsome day :) I also did the ride where it just shoots you up a tower and you can see everything, that was fun too. The next day I did all the Disney parks, I did the Tower of Terror twice, the Aerosmith Rock 'n Roller coaster 4 times, spalsh mountain twice, the space simulator thingy in Epcot twice, and Test Track twice. That was another good day :) I absolutely love roller coasters.

May 7, 200521 yr Anyone here been to Canada's Wonderland? It's awesome, I love roller coasters! While scrolling down page one, I was thinking about posting "Wow, a bit more than a page and noone has mentioned Canada's Wonderland?", but you have changed that :wink: I've been there a decent amount of times, planning on going in a few weeks or so. Awesome place, no matter what, you just have to let loose and have fun there :P Their rollercoasters are awesome also, such as The Bat or Vortex. I love roller coasters, so fun. I can't see how people can be scared or em :? 8)
May 7, 200521 yr I dont really like rollercoaster that much...especially after I got stuck on the Grizzly in Paramounts Great America. But there are some pretty good ones at Great America, Its on the other side of the Nation tho. dude i got pked and lost my full zezima

May 8, 200521 yr What about kennywood in pennsylvania? It used to have the second fastest rollercoaster *steel phantom or somethign* but they replaced it with 'the phantoms revenge' Great park kennywood is. In 4 days on thursday im giong to cedar point, i love cedar point so im really looking forward to it. Go on all rollercoasters :D. BTW at cedar point have you guys seen the new ride MAXair...its not a rollercoaster but looks like a lot of fun.
