January 11, 200818 yr I have no idea what compelled me to post this, but here it goes: I seem to be gettin more and more shorcut icons all the time as i find more software to download, i found a good way to arrange my icons on my desktop: So really, how do you deal with your icons/arrange them?

For example, it could be a picture i'm editing, or some work i'm finishing up. when i'm done, it goes in the corresponding folder :).

ON topic, though, I have nothing on my desktop except for recycling bin. My greatest ambition is to kill every member of the human race.However I am a realist and therefore know that I probably wont be able to.
January 12, 200818 yr I just have My Computer, My Documents, Recycle Bin, AIM, Firefox, Word, and Google Earth, for quick access. (I'm a Google Earth freak lol). Also some folders that contain programs/files. I just put them around the corners of my desktop. I do sometimes get the crap file transfers over AIM, those clutter it up, but I have my downloads go to a folder in My Documents called Downloaded Files, biggest folder in my pc, even bigger than RuneScape screenshots.
January 12, 200818 yr I have all important applications and tools along with my computer and my documents in the top left corner. The top right corner has all my games. The bottom left corner contains all my protection software (Fire wall, antivirus, ect.), and the bottom right corner contains my folder which has all my already used install exe's and my non used desktop icon folder along with my recycling bin. January 12, 200818 yr I usually just dump all my downloaded stuff in a folder, then rediscover it several months later. I have two 19" screens, so space isn't really an issue for me. Plus, I don't really get annoyed having to trawl through a sea of icons.
January 12, 200818 yr Just normal. A whole crapload of shortcuts on the desktop. I'm trying to force my parents to get a new computer so I can have this ones, but I doubt I'll get ahold of it.
