January 13, 200818 yr I was re-reading the Grand Exchange Developement Diary and as i read i found an odd sentence somewhere along the lines of this. January 13, 200818 yr Jagex didn't remove pking... They removed pking in the wilderness. I'm sure the bounty hunter area located in the wilderness counts as player killing in the wilderness. It is a bubble inside the wilderness that isn't wilderness. So, pking in the wilderness doesn't exist.

Although I do agree that technically Bounty Hunter isn't in the 'Wilderness', this isn't a purposeful deception which is part of the 'master plan' behind the GE. This is just a typo. ~ W ~
January 13, 200818 yr Pretty sure that was just a temporary sentence that they put in (that they then didnt remove), between implementing the GE, and changing PK in the wilderness. AND I think in their eyes, Pking still remains in the wild. -Man, I really do love Runescape, and I'm sure if it was a real person I would of asked it to marry me by now.

But what you're missing from what other people are saying is that LITTERALLY, they're not. Step onto the BH and get ready to enter a fight, or with CLW. Tell me what level wilderness you're in. Kind of geting off subject though, bottom line is as it's been said, this was just a diversionary tactic/"lie" by Jagex to boost up the opinion of GE... -Man, I really do love Runescape, and I'm sure if it was a real person I would of asked it to marry me by now.
