So, I guess I'd say the same people who Wizzkid doesn't like. A little less serious are people on my team who don't try their hardest at hockey. They really make me angry. The expression "I couldn't care less" constantly being said "I could care less." Seriously, how hard is it to actually think about the meaning of what you are saying? Th-th-th-th-th-that's all, folks! That bothers me almost as much as the phrase "rain check": how did that phrase ever come to be; how the heck does it make any sense? Someone explain it to me, 'cause the phrase just annoys the heck outta me... Err, past 12, I'll make my gigantic list tomorrow or something... Freshmen that stand in the middle of a crowded school hallway talking, which unfortunately forces me to shove them aside. Wow, we get that too. Here's a handy analogy to explain my annoyance: Think of the school as a [human] body, with the rooms serving as organs and the hallways as the circulatory system. A school without frehsmen is like the body of a fit person; there is little cholesterol in the bloodstream, and thus, flow between organs through the various veins and arteries moves quickly. A school with freshmen, on the other hand, is like the body of a fat person- cholesterol piles up in little clumps along the walls [lockers] of the arteries, packing together to allow passage through anywhere between 25% and 75% of the path of the hallway. These cholesterol piles in the veins severely limit flow, causing great annoyance to be instilled in the white and red blood cells trying to pass through, and often such clotting causes them to not arrive at the proper organs or cites at the correct time. Freshmen are the cholesterol of high school. They must be eliminated. [if you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.] Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series. gonpost
Give your reasons for hating Americans. - Playing online games with Americans, get kicked for having high ping. Eh...maybe that happens. If I play warcraft III, I get kicked a *lot* more by foreign players than I do US players. Why? I have higher ping. I also can't speak their language well so I automatically get kicked, even if I'm a very good player. It's more universal. - Americans cussing out middle-eastern players, this happens alot more then you think. Yeah I can see this happening...it's rather unfortunate. - Americans feeling their way of spelling words takes priority over others. If they've never heard of another way to spell a word, they'll naturally be inclined to say something should be spelled as they've seen it spelled for their entire lives. I can see why this would annoy you though. - When I was registering for some games, "Sorry, this is not available in your region". That's more of a corporate thing. - They automatically assume their country is the middle of the universe. Perhaps you can understand this when I give this little example... In Europe, if you travel 300 miles in some direction you'll probably be in another country, or have passed through a few. In America, you'll have gone though one state. Hell, where I live, Canada is to the north by about 800 miles, and then Mexico is to the south west by about 2000. It's a long way to get to any other culture or country. I'm surrounded by America. That and we are a super power. A lot of things happen here. - Laugh at others cultures and accents. See the above. People here aren't entirely used to other cultures/accents. The only thing we're used to is some spanish, but that's only if you live in the south west. Sorry if this is a generalisation, but happens quite often. Sure, i've got quite a few american friends, but even more american enemies. Was just giving a little insight. I'm not saying that you still shouldn't be annoyed as hell by Americans...I'm just helping you understand why they may be as they are. :) Runescape Name: "unbug07"Expand your mind. ThurinEthir
In no particular order... 1. People that block up the entire hallway/doorway, and don't move when you say "Excuse me" 5 times. Especially "popular" girls. 2. Jocks. (I mean relatively athletic people that judge themselves, and say that they're cool...And go on to pick on everyone for no reason.) 3. People who have no idea what they're talking about. 4. Spoiled children. 5. The mothers of spoiled children. (Occasionally the fathers, but overall, usually mothers) 6. Teachers who give a lot of work for no reason. 7. Arrogant people. 8. Public bathrooms (I wrote an editorial about them :-w ) 9. Quite a lot of other things...Mainly things that are usually associated with OCD. Cenin pân nîd, istan pân nîd, dan nin ú-cenich, nin ú-istach.Ithil luin eria vi menel caran...Tîn dan delu.
