Are you going to get a new pet?

I am dreading the day that my dog dies. He is a part of my family and I don't know what I would do without my ball of fluff to play football with or cuddle up to in bed. Pets do become family members and it is terrible when they die because they do have short life spans compared to us.

THAT, is the reason why i'm never getting a pet from this day on.

I'm very sure it is. I remember a topic just like this and dusty's reply ("bloody hate it when that happens.") is the only one I remember from that topic...

dude i know how you feel and guys having your pet die :( :( :( is really really sad when my dog died it was the sadest day of my life beating stuff like my grandmas death ( it's harsh i know but it was sort of )

Augh, that sucks. We had our time with a dog, and then we got a puppy along with her (black labs, but the puppy was brownish colored). I had just started to connect with them when my mom's allergies finally got the best of her (we were seeing if she really could live with a dog despite the allergies), and we had to sell them.

 

 

 

Then, more recently (about a year or two ago I think) we got a black Labradoodle because they're known to be non-allergenic. My mom started complaining of symptoms very soon, maybe a week or even just a few days in, so I made sure not to get attached to it. Come giving-away time, everyone else was heartbroken, and it didn't even phase me.
