June 15, 200818 yr Get one of those parrots that live stupidly long and you will not have to go through such grief again unless of course, you take care of pets horribly. My opinion :P. Help drive change Canada

June 15, 200818 yr I am dreading the day that my dog dies. He is a part of my family and I don't know what I would do without my ball of fluff to play football with or cuddle up to in bed. Pets do become family members and it is terrible when they die because they do have short life spans compared to us.
June 16, 200818 yr THAT, is the reason why i'm never getting a pet from this day on. Sorry about your loss by the way.

June 18, 200818 yr Also, I believe dusty didn't post this. His post must've been the only one to make through the rollback on this thread, so when that happened, it showed up as his thread even though it's not..

His post must've been the only one to make through the rollback on this thread, so when that happened, it showed up as his thread even though it's not.. I'm very sure it is. I remember a topic just like this and dusty's reply ("bloody hate it when that happens.") is the only one I remember from that topic...

June 20, 200818 yr Augh, that sucks. We had our time with a dog, and then we got a puppy along with her (black labs, but the puppy was brownish colored). I had just started to connect with them when my mom's allergies finally got the best of her (we were seeing if she really could live with a dog despite the allergies), and we had to sell them. Then, more recently (about a year or two ago I think) we got a black Labradoodle because they're known to be non-allergenic. My mom started complaining of symptoms very soon, maybe a week or even just a few days in, so I made sure not to get attached to it. Come giving-away time, everyone else was heartbroken, and it didn't even phase me. Walk it off, man. Hope you feel better.
