AP Scores and Classes

Featured Replies

i'm probably gonna get massive flamed for talking bout school during the summer but i just got my AP US results and i got a 3, its a good score but i'm surprised it wasn't higher, the test was easy to me. i'm interested to know if any of you took AP classes, and if your comfortable, what you test score was for it. Or maybe you plan to take some this upcoming school year and want to know more from someone who has taken it.

I took AP World History this year ,and I'm anxiously awaiting the results. I'll post back once I get them.

The code in my sig should say 1032 not 0132.

I'm taking AP Euro next year. Anyone know how hard this class is? Sure it differs from teacher to teacher, but it's the same knowledge.

The knowledge is the same, but the difficulty of the class depends entirely on the teacher.

Thought this was a D&D topic #-o

Amen, brother

Amen, brudda (referring to the 10th commandment)

amen Bruder! (german ftw)

I'm invulnerable to everything, except Lenin and Dragoonson.

That's impossible.

What is a damn AP anyway?

I received a 4 on my AP English last year. Decided not to take the test this year because we have to pay for them and I already passed it. There was about 1% chance I would have got a 5, so I just didn't take it.

"He could climb to it, if he climbed alone, and once there he could suck on the pap of life, gulp down the incomparable milk of wonder."

I took the AP tests for US History, European History, English, Calc AB, Biology, and Environmental Science. I wound up getting 5s on all of them, but this was largely due to the fact that I had some really excellent teachers, especially in Bio, Calc, European History, and English. I'd recommend taking AP classes for sure. I learned a tremendous amount more in them than I would have in regular classes - and not only that, but they were actually more interesting, being more focused on the theory and a deeper understanding instead of memorizing facts.

Everybody hug and spread the love :D

I'm gonna be a freshman next year, and I'm doing some smart program or something like that. I think they said my 4 core classes will be equivalent to AP classes. That'll be interesting. =/

Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series.

Oh sweet mother of the mother of Craig, I forgot all about my AP scores that are supposed to come this month. They might be here today. Only took 1 class last year, European History, and it wasn't too bad. Next year I'm taking American History and English.

4 on AP computer science A last year.

5/7 on IB Math HL and IB economics HL, considering I did no study at all (and paper 3 of the math HL was incredibly difficult), I say that's not bad ::'. Still, I was hoping for 6 in econ (5/7 isn't enough for IB credit).

3/7 IB Chem HL though, that was a failure but the test was hell.

If I remember right...

Bio - 4

English - 4

Literature - 4

Psychology - 4

Calculus - 3

I thought Calc (last year's) was impossible, but last year's psychology felt like my easiest AP, even though I took a non-AP psych.

I just got my test score a few days ago. I didn't take any AP classes last year but decided to take the English Lit test for fun. I got a 4. Which is pretty darn awesome for not having taken the class.

My junior year I took these classes and following tests and got:

AP US History - 3

AP Biology - 3

AP Language and Composition - 5

So obviously English is my strong point, which is good because that's what I want to pursue now that I'm headed to college in the fall.

Just got mine.

I got:

APUSH - 3

AP biology - 4

One of my close friends got a 5 on her English and APUSH!

I have AP US History and AP Biology next year. First opportunity to take an AP class at my school. Mass summer work though =\

I remember these tests being all hyped up as being really hard when I took them in high school. Haven't used my Spanish since high school; it's kind of sad really. And the art history, that was by far my most favorite class in all of high school, and it wasn't one of those math or science classes which I took for "fun".

Art History - 5

Spanish - 4

Calculus BC - 5

Chemistry - 5

Statistics - 5

Physics C - 4

Biology - 5
