Meh personally I prefer shopping alone, but if I had to shop with someone, I always like to shop with other guys more since it's faster.

Well first off, are you a girl or a guy? Secondly, what guys are you shopping with? It makes a difference.

I love going shopping. I can't wait to go after christmas, but I do understand why guys or other people in general wouldn't want to come with. It can take a while, which I don't see as a bad thing. The longer you take to consider what you're buying the more likely you are to get what you want most.

Guys go in to a store knowing what they want. They buy it and leave. Girls on the other hand just go to browse around.

I browse around, but only for things that in specific I might want at a later point, not browse for the sake of browsing. Also keeping a tally per post then updating my sig per week. too much hassle to update it EVERY post.

also: I don't shop, I just buy things I need. Like most guys.

Shopping as a girl is a pain in the arse because you have clothes that are either:

 

good looking and pricey, not very functional.

 

functional, ugly, but a good price.

 

rarely: good looking, affordable price and functional.

I also have the problem that I'm tiny and therefore proper women's clothes, outside of things like simple t-shirts and jeans, don't fit me.

I was never a fan of shopping for clothes, even though I'm male. Yeah, it's pretty simple, but it doesn't mean I like doing it. That's why I might order clothing online more often now.

I had the same issue, which is why I have such a small warddrbe and prefer to wear running track pants (which was one of my best investments even though I rarely go running) and a t-shirt. Worse is finding clothes that suit me in size because I have size 13 feet and most shoes I find in stock are 11-11 1/2 at best.

I'm a guy, and it just seems when I go shopping with guys, it's really awkward. Usually with girls it's more fun, even if it's just me giving my useless opinions on clothes.

I hated clothes shopping until I discovered Rue21. Best store ever [and it's mad cheap]

My aunt got me cologne from there once, but there's not one near me so I have no idea what it's like. Stuff smelled good though.

I hate shopping with girls. They take so long. Shopping with guys is much more enjoyable I find.

 

Today I'm chilling at home without a care in the world because I finished my last exam yesterday. Although, I have to do all my Christmas shopping tomorrow.

The pacsun in the mall near me is closing so everything was at least 50% off. So I managed to get my friend about $60 of clothes for $20. A pair of nice Nike 6.0s were are $35. Basically the best thing ever. I think my girlfriend may have gotten them for me for Christmas so I didn't buy those. But if she didn't I'm going to go back and scoop them up if they're still there.

 

Anyways, I'm chilling at home, I've got some presents to wrap. I hit up my friends' band practice today, it was pretty cool. They got back together since the bassist is back from New York. We worked on some recording stuff today since they decided they're going to do it themselves instead of going back to the recording studio since that was so tedious. It actually worked out really well, especially doing some ambient micing on the drums instead of doing each individual piece. I really wish I could be in the band, unfortunately my lack of musical talent means that all I can do is hang out and help with some technical stuff.

 

Tonight I'm doing Christmas stuff and eating Chinese food from my favorite restaurant. I've had a pretty sweet day so far.

Today I did my Christmas shopping, and have spent the rest of the day writing a short story and my Times article.

Oh hey, the Times fall on Christmas this year.

Went out to lunch with my family. Not a huge fan of going out to eat with my family, since everything gets so loud, and my mom is awkwardly trying to tell jokes to the waiter and my little brother is going along with them.

 

Ordering is a whole other story. :\

 

Today, I took the bandage of my foot. It was really gross cause I had bled a lot since the surgery. Finally got a new dressing on it. Plans for today are probably just chill. I may try to get out for a longboard ride, since the sun is out. Not sure if I should because of my foot. Ahah! Just remembered I have quite a bit of laundry to do. Better get on that.
