I received GTA vice city in the post for my PS2/ today - (if someone wants to buy me an xbox 360/ps3 with games cheaper than £2.27 they're very welcome!)

 

Went to work, at the right time also - contrary to my previous post.

Also met at work, Lynda Bellingham For those who don't know she does the adverts for Oxo and i recognised her daytime tv chat show Loose Women (not that i watch it or anything! :unsure:)

In other news, I'm undergoing some heavy treatment at the moment, caught something called VHF, or viral hemorrhagic fever. I'm displaying every symptom for it, yet there's one thing. The closest it can be found is South America, and it takes about two weeks for it to incubate. Where the hell did I catch it? It couldn't have been those infected animals at the vet I worked with, could it?

I found out they want me to work tomorrow, but at 3:20... I can only think of 3 groups of people that start at 3:20... I'm not trained for 2 of the jobs (packing and a certain line's one end) and the other is just giving breaks to others doing their jobs. Hopefully that means I get to give breaks.

Well, what a waste of an hour. Just arrived at school, still feeling like crap. I slowly made my way to the classroom, top floor, very back of the campus, only to watch a janitor slap a "Class Cancelled, I'M IN LA FOR THE MOVIE! -Mack" sign on the door. So I'm mad that I just wasted gas to drive there and back, now I'm going to have a bite to eat at my work.

Was coming home from dropping my suit at the dry cleaners when some moron tried to merge from the inside to outside lane while exiting from a roundabout, I was entering the roundabout on the outside lane and exiting on the first exit (which is fine because he was in the inside lane at the time) and he had to slow down to avoid hitting me. He beeped at me and I flipped him off and he started tailgating me while I kept my hand out the window doing a masturbating motion with my hand (calling him a [bleep]er for non aussies) He kept following me for a while and then turned around and drove off. I was kinda hoping for it to turn out like a modern 'old west showdown' with me pulling over and getting out with my shaved head, wearing aviators and a smirk.

Probably SerpentEye, trying to brainwash you into watching that show. TBBT is amazing though, such an outstanding cast and hilarious nerd comedy which is perfect for a person like me. I'm probably going to buy - this - shirt eventually. I'd be the envy of my friends. Or if not that one, the same shirt without Jim's face on it. Since his face is creepy, I won't lie.

We coded a game of Snake in IPT today.

 

I hate Visual Basic. With a passion. I really just hate coding in general. It feels good when you find out where you've cocked it up and fix it and behold, it runs! But the entire whole trial and error stuff beforehand is just [developmentally delayed]ed. Our class has no VB books or manuals or anything, an incompetent teacher, and pretty much every helpful site is blocked. Even MSDN. It is silly. So we pretty much just mess around until one part of it starts working, and then mess around until the rest does.

 

I managed to make the fruits spawn in random positions, the snake able to collect them, cherries which give extra points, and landmines that show up. And a score counter. The only thing really left is making the snake actually grow longer. >_<

 

So yeah, feels kinda like a mixture between hurrah and eyeball-gougingly awful.

I didn't do maths homework last night, and not doing Maths was a bad idea, teacher rang my dad and told him lies (she told him I never did my homework) and this was a one off.

 

Also got worked up over Physics for nothing, he forgot about it until ten minutes left of class. Part of the mark was meant to be speaking it, and he basically just said, '[bleep] it, I'll give you the free marks for presentation, it doesn't even matter.'

 

In that, it was a good day, free extra marks, it was raining all day, and it's Friday.
