Best Subway Lunch?

Seafood and Crab on Italian herb and cheese, plus black olives and honey mustard sauce. Occasionally I'll get it toasted, but it's great either way.

What isn't good at Subways/most sandwich chains?

IMO, turkey+tomato+lettuce+cheese with the bread baked warm/accompanied with cold water makes a good lunch.

Not to make a blind sales pitch; But the food these companies offer is healthy and tastes good. You can even get it in most european countries these days, even the remote corners like Sweden and Finland.

If more people ate there instead of Hungry Jacks or Burger King, USA could really deal away with some health issues regarding weight..

Hmm whenever I go in there I get 12" Sub of the day, and I get everything on there, I like it all :D. Favourite would be meatball one though. I normally buy a small drink and when I'm done with my sandwich I try and down as much Coke as I can  , normally gets on the nerves of the employees though but IDRC that much.

Where do you have to live to get crab at subway because I'm jealous?

Meatball sub. Cheap, tastes good and is half healthy.

Can't argue with that. It's probably in my top 3. Another in that category has to be a chicken teriyaki.

But perhaps my favourite sub is an italian BMT with all salads except tomato and southwest sauce.

I just had one today.

As far as fast food goes, Subway is right up there for me. It beats the crap you get at mcdonalds any day.

Is it just me or does Canada have a different menu than America? Anyways, I like chicken bacon ranch and I want to try the new lobster one. ::'

I think the only deviance from the American menu is that Canada's Subways offer Maple Syrup as a dressing.

i saw a programme on tv a while back about sandwich outlets and the ingredients they put in them......
