yaff2
Last night i was laying in my bed, not being able to get to sleep and then i got thinking.. I sleep weird, atleast i think i do. When ever i see someone sleep or something, they are always laying on their back. I never understood how someone could do that. So my question to you is, how do you sleep? Like, what is your sleeping position? For me, i have to lay on my sides with my arm under my pillow then i rest my head on my arm/ pillow, OR i have to lay on my stomach with both my arm under my pillow. 1980 Berlinetta with a 350, bored, mild cam, intake carb, headers, exhaust

Zierro
Don't really pay that much attention to it now that I think about it. I just get comfortable and crash. I like having my arm under my pillow for some reason though.

venomai
I sleep on my back; legs straight, hands on my chest, head slightly tilted to one side. It's really comfortable.
blushenka
Now that I think about it, I sleep in all sorts of positions. I start face down, then turn on one side, then the other, and then when the sleep is sweeter, in the early mornings (and I usually have to wake), I'm face up. Watching people sleep is fun btw. Nadril
On my back, usually with my hands above my head a bit resting around my pillow. I twist and turn a little before I get to sleep, but I always fall asleep in this position.
Tim_Finch
Pretty much the same way as you. Whenever I'm on my stomach both arms have to be under my pillow; whenever I'm on my side one arm has to be under the pillow with my head resting on it. I too find it impossible to sleep on my back. I tried it once, and I got sick :?:

Echofish
I always have an arm or a pillow over my eyes when I sleep. I get the feeling that there's gonna be a zombie when I wake up in the middle of the night so at least there's something to block my view of it (and I don't like lights when I sleep) Ultra Unholy,Hearted Machine... Lenin64
On my side, usually. I've tried on my stomach, but because I'd rather not suffocate on my pillow during the night I would have to turn my head sideways, which starts to hurt my neck after a while. And becasue I sleep practically engulfed in blanket so as to better surprise an intruder, on my back would have the same effect as the pillow. The thing is, though, sometimes when I have my head turned to the side, it will feel like the ear on top has something draining into it, and hurts after a bit, so i continually have to roll over. Nenga
I move around from my back, to my sides, and some time I lay on my hands, etc. Though when I go to sleep I move too, sometimes i'll wake up in the opposite position I went to sleep in, or even on the floor. The Dark Lord
I sleep on my back or on my sides, usually with my back toward a less open area in the room (the side closest to the wall) and I usually have my covers pulled around my neck. This started because my dad would always tell me that my mom's porcelain dolls would come into my room and attack my neck. Yeah, my dad told me crap like that since I was a few years old and now I'm like messed up over it when I sleep. I also keep my eyes open for a while, to make sure ghosts aren't hiding in a dark corner, waiting to take my body over. Yeah my dad really [bleep]ed up my childhood. =\ Anyway the arm under the pillow and resting on the arm and pillow really is comfortable. I sometimes curl my head inwards when I sleep and have my knees bent slightly so it's basically a fetal position. Sleeping on my tummy is uncomfortable for me, although I'll do it from time to time when I'm in certain moods or if I'm extremely exhausted.
