Some can be quite funny, when they actually add something to the picture. But 99% of them are just saying exactly what's in the picture. The one that made me cringe the most was a motifake of a facepalm, and all it said was "FACEPALM".

I suppose you have a point, but I do laugh at the failed demotive writers who can't think of a good caption and just stick one one there.
